Beautiful Home/View

The home was extremely clean and just as described. The view from the porch was unbeatable. We could sit there for hours. Would definitely stay here again.

Great view

Just what I was looking for! Peace and quiet and close to Grand Lake. There are shopping nearby and that was cool! Highly recommend this place if you're heading in that direction.

Amazing place!

We had an amazing time at the rental! The view was spectacular! The house was very clean and everything was just as described! We loved being on the west side of RMNP. This rental was the perfect fit for us! We will definitely stay again if in the we come back to the area!

Lakefront Cabin

We had a perfect 5-night stay in this house. Everything we needed was there. Very comfortable beds and a view that made me smile every morning while having my coffee. Caught a rainbow over the lake that was beautiful and enjoyed our days at Rocky Mountain National Park!

Great stay

We had a great time here. It was a lovely place for my mom and I. Tom was easy to communicate with and the place was perfect for us. The view of the lake was fantastic and was exactly what I needed. Kitchen has everything thing you need as does the rest of the place. Highly recommend, I will try to return.

Such a beautiful house and property... and the view is really breathtaking. We loved every minute and had such a lovely time, it was a real treat for us. We enjoyed the lake, which is a nice walk from the house, and wished we could have done more. The host was very accommodating and nice, very responsive. Mowing a path to the beach was especially kind. We felt very welcome and had absolutely everything we needed and wanted. The location was close to groceries and fun activities so we could easily plan our days. We hope we get to stay here again.

Cozy getaway

The cabin is cozy and quaint nestled in the heart of grand county with breath taking views of the lake. It is conveniently situated minutes from the town of grand lake and numerous hiking and exploration trails. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings while taking in the peaceful view of the Mountains and cool mountain air. The cabin is fully stocked with everything we needed to make our stay perfect.

New house, beautiful views

This house is beautiful inside and out. The views from the living room, master bedroom and deck are outstanding. We were concerned about traffic noise, but quickly got used to it. We loved it here and hope to come back.

Beautiful home, beautiful view

This is a lovely place to stay with an incredible view of Lake Granby. Everything was great except for the constant traffic going by right behind this home. This is the only deterrent to us considering staying here on our next visit.

Secluded Cove & Top Shelf Property

This property is located with a couple other private residences in a quiet and secluded cove. It is appointed with all conveniences and then some, above and beyond the norm. The view is spectacular and the location is conveniently situated near top Colorado interest points. This property does not dusappoint and I would not hesitate to cone again.

Absolutely beautiful lake and area; the home is also extremely nice and very well stocked for all you may need in the kitchen and laundry. Only thing is the close proximity to a main road which is a definite detriment to the lakeside porch experience. Also during our stay there was some exterior painting/staining sort of in progress and exterior lighting was still removed along with plastic still covering windows. This meant no view from one bedroom and limited view from the master.

Host Yelled at Me

The house is beautiful and the view is absolutely gorgeous. You will love this house and stay, highly recommend. Giving a 1 star as the host yelled at me on the phone. When I arrived all the windows were covered in plastic, there was no outside furniture, all outside lights had been removed and there was equipment around, in preparation for painters.
