Centrally located and peaceful house with a large yard and close to trails. Walk to CU and Folsom Field! 3 bd and 2 bath with all the amenities you will need for a great visit to Boulder. Recently updated with a brand new kitchen, laundry space and new 2nd bath. Sun drenched and bright. Take the bike path to downtown, cross the street to access the Mesa trails and hike all the way to Chautauqua. Home office setup for remote work with everything you might need.
