We have been renting to guests for 11 years. We love sharing our place and location with guests from all over. We are pretty local so we know a lot about great beaches and restaurants as well as a lot of local lore! We hope to make your vacation one that is memorable!

Why they chose this property

We love our spot of Cape Cod and hope you will too! We are in a quiet association neighborhood with a beach on our pond, which is Seymours Pond. We are also close to the bike trail and bay beaches.

What makes this property unique

This apartment has its own entrance and is fenced in. It includes a long covered porch for enjoying your morning coffee or late afternoon cocktails. It makes for great bird watching and occasional bunnies as well!
