The View & Location
Perched above the sand, The Lookout gives you a front-row seat to the Pacific. The ocean breeze, salty air, and endless blue make for the ultimate chill setting. And while the Amtrak Coaster cruises by now and then (a classic part of coastal California living), you won't hear horns thanks to the area being in a "quiet zone" that doesn't horns to be used as well as new soundproof windows and sliders—just ocean views and good vibes.

Kitchen & Dining
Step inside, and you'll find a bright, stylish kitchen that's been completely updated with custom cabinets, sleek stainless steel appliances, and a stunning tile backsplash. It's fully stocked with all the essentials, so whether you're whipping up a beach picnic or a full-on feast, you've got everything you need. The dining table seats four, plus four extra spots at the island—perfect for meals, game nights, or just hanging out.

Living Area
The living room is all about comfort and relaxation. A spacious sofa, two cozy chairs, and modern boho décor create a warm, inviting space to unwind. There's a 50” Smart TV with extended cable, but if you'd rather just enjoy the glow of the fireplace after a day in the sun, we don't blame you.

Sleeping Arrangements
This two-story condo sleeps up to six guests, with plenty of space to stretch out:
Primary Suite (Downstairs) – King bed, ceiling fan, blackout shades, flat-screen TV, and a dresser for easy storage.
Guest Bedroom (Upstairs) – Custom-built bunk beds with three twin beds and a queen bed, a ceiling fan, and a smart TV with an arcade for endless fun.
Living Room – Queen sofa sleeper for extra guests.

Bathrooms
Both bathrooms are beautifully designed with custom tile work and stylish finishes:
Downstairs Bathroom – Walk-in shower, double-sink vanity, and elegant wallpaper for that extra touch of charm.
Upstairs Bathroom – Tub/shower combo with spa-like vibes.

B304 is made up for you to have the perfect beach vacation and is filled with thoughtful additions to enhance your stay:.
- A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided for those traveling with younger guests.

- Blackout curtains in each room allow you to set the scene for a private experience.
- B304 is fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, a beach umbrella, and beach chairs. (4)

- The owner has also provided a beach wagon to make your trips to and from the beach a little easier!

Optional Portable AC – A portable air conditioning unit is available for an additional fee. To ensure proper setup, please notify us prior to your reservation, as we require 24–48 hours to coordinate. Setup is not available on Sundays, as our team does not work on Sundays.

The complex also features a second smaller heated pool and hot tub in the "A" building across the street, providing more options for relaxation and fun. Other amenities include a commercial-sized barbecue area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved gated garage parking, laundry facilities in the complex with card/app-operated washers and dryers, and 24-hour patrol to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village offers an all-in-one location for an unforgettable vacation.
