We spent the Fourth of July enjoying Newport Beach from the top floor corner unit of the beachfront condo building. Great views. Beautiful beach. Great location next to shops and restaurants. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Our host was great. We would definitely stay there again.

We had an excellent stay! This is a wonderful place to vacation and retreat - very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with top-rate amenities and accommodations. The ocean and beach views are absolutely phenomenal - truly unparalleled! Location for beach access and quaint boutique shopping are also great. The host was very welcoming and helpful, very nice to work with. Assigned parking (for one vehicle) is very convenient to have reserved/designated, as well. This condo is awesome… the interior has been so tastefully redone. All our needs were met- the kitchen, bathrooms, linens… well- it was all exceptional . I’m still in the unit as I type this - we will miss the ocean, the sunsets, local shops, coffee, and dining!Superb hosts… communication was great.!!
