Huge, fully furnished two bedroom in a historic brick mansion on beautiful Park St in Portland's West End. Newly refinished wood flooring throughout. Marble tile in the kitchen and bath. Fully equipped with new appliances including dishwasher and combination washer/dryer. Unit has two large, enclosed patios for year-round use, one facing south, one facing north, each with a table and chairs. Comes with high speed internet and three television sets including a 70” unit in the living room.

Includes one off-street parking spot.
