You will have a door code to enjoy Seascapes privately-owned beach cabana with restrooms and foot washing station for ultimate convenience. Rinsing station also available at front door of villa.
• Lagoon Views: Relax on your private villa deck, extending over a picturesque lagoon with a soothing fountain and abundant wildlife. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine while watching the turtles and birds, and an occasional alligator.

We are from Chattanooga, TN. It has been dream come true to own a vacation condo on the east coast. We are honored to share our Peaceful Retreat at Seascape Villas. We love allowing others to use our vacation home and enjoy beautiful Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. We both enjoy the outdoors and the beauty of the island and we hope that you will as well.

We chose this area because of it’s ideal location. It is just across the street from the beach! Beautiful Celebration Park and Coligny Plaza are just a short bike ride away.

“This was the best VRBO we have ever stayed at! It was extremely clean (the cleanest I’ve ever seen), and the hosts were very responsive and kind and helpful. Parking was simple and right outside, check in was a breeze. They had all the beach essentials we needed. The unit has just been completely redone and it’s very beautiful. It even smelled fresh but not overly perfumed because I am sensitive to smells and I loved it. If you’re waffling between 2 places, definitely choose this one! I could not be more impressed with how organized they are as well :)It’s a 4 minute walk to the beach, with a small restroom right there for use at the beach. Bike rental was a block away at Island Bikes and we easily walked there. We liked being close to everything but away from the hustle and bustle of Coligny. The 2 pools in the complex are very nice and clean and there’s even shade which is nice!”
