Cook with ease in the fully stocked kitchen, then unwind in the backyard with a large lawn, deck, and outdoor seating.

This is a very quiet, family neighborhood. It is not a good place for gatherings or parties so please keep that in mind when booking this home. We are very respectful of our neighbors and will not tolerate loud noise past curfew and additional guests at the property.

- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.

The bed in the second bedroom upstairs was not comfortable. The mattress was smaller than the frame which made it weird to get in and out. Pillows were not comfortable either.
The home was so beautiful and the view was amazing! Everything is well stocked and so clean. Beautiful deck with plenty of room for everyone. Our kids are grown, but they even had a highchair next to the dining table, which we found very thoughtful. The bathrooms were all beautiful and even had heated floors. Very easy check in and check out process. We have stayed in many houses, in the Santa Cruz area, and this was one of our favorites. This is a very quiet neighborhood, so be cautious of noise levels with the neighbors.
This house is a must stay. Beautiful house ocean view was fantastic. Very spacious plenty of room for everyone. Would stay here again. You will not be disappointed
