Seriously -- this is the one you want. Direct oceanfront upper-floor condominium with spectacular views. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, almost 1,400 square feet of luxurious living space, and a fantastic oceanfront balcony.

Elizabeth and I are individual owners -- not a management company -- and you will love staying at our Cinnamon Beach condominium. Give us a try! We can provide custom quotes for any length stay.

Our direct oceanfront, fifth-floor Cinnamon Beach condominium is a new, beautifully decorated, oceanfront apartment that overlooks the Atlantic, miles of beach, and provides nearby access to the intracoastal waterway in a secluded, resort-type setting.

Located on the fifth floor, this single-level, center unit is accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides almost 1,400 square feet of beautifully furnished living space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by ten foot ceilings, tiled floors, and a breathtaking view of the ocean through the sliding glass door to the balcony.

The gourmet kitchen has granite counter tops and is well-equipped with everything you need to make meals and beverages for everyone. The kitchen is open to the living and dining rooms that have spectacular ocean views.

The dining room is ready for candlelight dinners, family gatherings, or anything in between. The living room has generous amounts of seating arranged to take advantage of the breathtaking ocean views as well as a fully-equipped entertainment center including a large-screen HDTV.

The three bedrooms and two baths are a split plan for more privacy. Each bedroom is equipped with a flatscreen TV. The master suite off the living room has a king-size bed from which you can watch TV or enjoy panoramic ocean views. The master bath has a large Jacuzzi tub, and a separate shower stall. Back down the hallway are two beautifully decorated and comfortable guest bedrooms, with a shared bath and generous closet space. One guest room has a queen-size bed and dresser. The other bedroom has a set of twin beds and dresser. The unit also has a laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The huge thirty-foot oceanfront balcony is equipped with comfortable chairs and loungers, allowing you to enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the sight of moonlight shimmering on the ocean.

This condominium building is located just a short walk from the two Cinnamon beach clubhouses. The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded environment. The ideal place to watch the sunrise or enjoy an evening sea breeze, it includes a spectacular lap pool and a viewing tower overlooking the ocean. The livelier Lake Clubhouse includes the Cinnamon Grille, an excellent fitness facility, a family pool with a spray ground, kiddie pool, a teen center with Foosball and air hockey, and an entertainment room with a billiards table, all with views of the freshwater lake.

And, of course the beach! Two-and-a-half miles of secluded, semi-private beach literally ten steps from your door. Clean, quiet and undeveloped: You can walk the beach for hours, or grab your boogie board and head out into the waves.

With six area golf courses and the close proximity to the World Golf Village in St Augustine and the TPC at Ponte Vedra, this is truly a golfer's paradise. Add the beautiful cinnamon-colored beach and stunning pools and you have the perfect family vacation location.

Our family owns two direct-oceanfront units in Cinnamon Beach: Units 853 and 844. Both are upper-floor, three-bedroom/two bathroom units. This one, unit 853, is the smaller of the two and can sleep 6. You can see the detail on the larger Unit 844 at vrbo #466279.

Hi, we're John and Elizabeth: Our family owns both Units 853 and 844 in beautiful Cinnamon Beach at Ocean Hammock. Yes, it's a large family, and over the years we have discovered more and more people that seem to be related to us. It may have something to do with owing a vacation property in Florida.

The condominiums are both beautiful direct oceanfront apartments, and you can't go wrong with either one. We've spent time and sweat to make them into gorgeous living spaces. We love them. You will, too.

We fell in love with Cinnamon Beach and the Palm Coast area. We spend much of the winter months maintaining and improving the unit, and are excited to share it with others. Please consider it your home away from home as well!

Fifth-floor direct oceanfront, right over the Atlantic, which means that the sunrises are spectacular. Moonrises, too!

You have a gorgeous property. We truly enjoyed our stay. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by a gorgeous view. Your place is spacious and functional and not overly large for just two people. My wife Donna appreciated the Master Bath. The grounds were clean, well maintained, safe, and peaceful. The new living room furniture was very comfortable (it also still had the new smell). The padded lawn furniture on the deck was appreciated also. We spent a fare bit of time on your 30 x 10 balcony.

Before our arrival we were unsure if you had a local phone, as everyone has a cell, or smart phone these days. We were glad you did, and made a couple of local calls using that phone. If not included in your comprehensive visitors guide you may want to include the number in the future. The local emergency numbers and local medical contact numbers were a great addition in the guide.

We watched cable TV and did not utilize NETFLIX or the other internet TV options. WIFI is a must and we used your fast connection on a daily basis. The only other thing we found missing was an alarm clock. Another small issue.

You were well stocked with cleaning supplies, garbage bags, bathroom tissue, and paper towel. You did not leave any basic condiments behind like salt and pepper, sugar, etc. We left some behind for the next guest. Kitchen was well stocked. High end coffee pot looked new. Plenty of glass and table wear. Could use a pan with a grate/grill for baking chicken or fish in the oven. Pretty small issue.

Local attractions and activities, I enjoyed the golf in the area and booked numerous tee times with GolfNow. Donna enrolled in an local arts class and took in a few of the Arts and Crafts shops. We were unlucky with the weather and temperatures were below normal for the period. This limited our beach time.

We have passed on glowing reviews to our friends and family.

Finally, you were a pleasure to deal with and I look forward to future bookings.

This is simply a wonderful, lovely and fantastic rental property. The condo has everything you could need, is better than pictured and the view is phenomenal. The condo complex is quiet and beautiful. All this adds up to a completely relaxing vacation.

And what makes this experience even better (if that's possible) is the extraordinary care, attention and response from owners John & Elizabeth. Throughout the entire process, they answered every question within minutes; provided invaulable information about the condo, the amenities and the Palm Coast area. They are wonderful hosts.

Thanks to John & Elizabeth for being such wonderful hosts and sharing their beautiful Cinnamon Beach property (#853)....Exactly as pictured and represented by the owners and the amenities were over the top!! You need to bring nothing, and I bet you feel right at home.....Beautiful area and with two (hurricanes in less than a year, the management company had everything back up and running without any issues. We loved the area and the condo was convenient to everything.

Already looking forward to book a return visit.

Awesome Condo

What a great condo. John and Elizabeth have thought of everything you might need. The kitchen was the best equipped unit I have ever rented. Great views which you can enjoy from the inside as well as the spacious balcony. This building is the closest to the pools and right next to a boardwalk to the beach. John was very easy to communicate with and was always very prompt. Next time in Palm Coast we would definitely rent from John and Elizabeth again.

Spacious Condominium in Terrific Neighborhood

Our stay at Cinnamon Beach was absolutely terrific. The location of the property was conveniently near to all of the amenities that the neighborhood offered

The condominium offers plenty of space, was pristine upon our arrival and was well stocked in all aspects: bedding, linens and kitchen utensils. The views from the balcony need to be experienced in person!

Cinnamon Beach is beautiful - perfect for all water sports or just relaxing. The pools on the property are also very nice, convenient and well kept. The exercise facility on property is very well equipped and maintained.

We'd endorse this 100% - especially all of very prompt and friendly communication and coordination with our hosts.
