The neighborhood is family-friendly and easy to explore on foot. Parking is available in two uncovered spaces, both labeled 172, located side-by-side with space 172 in between them. To access the parking, enter through the front gate and walk straight ahead until you reach the dead-end. Avoid turning into the garage on your left and stay to the right. The parking spots will be on your left, along the far wall closest to the water. The community office is located directly behind the parking area, where you can inquire about additional property amenities. No parking pass is required for these spots.

☀We have an additional rental agreement that is required to be signed after booking your reservation. We also collect a copy of your government ID/license that is required by our insurance company to have on file. We reserve the right to cancel reservations if these requirements are not met within 24 hours of booking.


☀ We conduct additional guest screening outside of the booking platform. Booking your stay gives us as the manager and our 3rd party, SafelyStay, Inc to screen your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on their website. You will receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox within 3 days of booking your stay if you have not received the email and contact us if you have any questions.

☀ Unexpected circumstances happen - we HIGHLY recommend purchasing travelers insurance to protect your stay.
1) No parties, large gatherings or unauthorized guests. Maximum occupancy is 8 people.

2) No smoking, drugs or illegal substances anywhere on property.

3) Quiet hours 9pm-9am. Be respectful of neighbors and keep noise levels down at night.

4) Must be 25 years and older to book.

5) Maximum of 2 pets allowed. First pet is $250 then $150 for the second pet.No cats allowed. Please refrain from pets on beds/furniture and dispose of pet waste from property or an additional $200 cleaning fee will be applied.

6) Please checkout on time. A $100 late fee will be applied for every 30 minutes guests are late passed checkout time.

7) A $200 replacement fee will be applied for missing remotes, keys or other items from the property. A $50 processing fee will be applied to ship back personal items left behind.

8) No shipping packages to the property. You may ship to local shipping centers for pickup only. Shipped packages will be returned to sender with a $50 processing fee.

9) We highly suggest purchasing travel insurance to protect guest’s reservations. No exceptions can be made to the cancellation and refund policy for unforeseen events or unfortunate circumstances.


Any violations of the house rules are subject to a minimum $500 fine with Host’s rights to cancel reservation and immediate removal from property with no refund.

*The Guest and any of their guests hereby indemnify and hold harmless the Host against any and all claims of personal injury or property damage or loss arising from the use of the Premises regardless of the nature of the accident, injury or loss. Guests agree to exercise caution when using the property and waive any and all liability claims against the host.

Guest give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to verify guest's identity and check criminal databases to confirm reservation. Complete terms regarding the guest screening can be provided by the property manager. You may receive an email to complete your screening. Please check your spam inbox for this email and contact the property manager if you have any questions.

THE PARTIES. This Short-Term Occupancy Agreement (“Agreement”) made between the following:
Guest: (“Guest”), and
Host: West Coast Homestays LLC (“Host”).

THE PREMISES. The Guest agrees to occupy the following residence from the Host located at: (the “Premises.)

LEASE TERM. The Guest shall be allowed to occupy the Premises during their booked dates (the “Occupancy Term.”) Check in shall be no earlier than 4:00PM on the first date of the Occupancy Term. Check out shall be no later than 10:00 AM on the last date of the Occupancy Term or guest shall incur a late fee of $100 for each half hour they are late to check out.
QUIET HOURS. Quiet hours begin at 9:00 PM each night and continue until 8 AM. Quiet hours consist of no music and keeping all audio at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. If stated in the listing, a Minut noise monitor will monitor the noise levels of the home to ensure appropriate decibel levels are not equal to or exceeding 80 decibels. If noise levels are equal to or exceeding 80 decibels, our team will inform you to quiet down. If the noise disturbance is not dismissed after the first formal warning, Host reserves the right to terminate this Agreement with no refund and immediate removal from the Premises.
OCCUPANTS. Unless Guest receives Host's prior written approval, total number of individuals staying on the Premises during the Lease Term shall be a total of 6 guests. If more than the authorized number of guests listed above are found on the Premises or observed on the exterior security cameras entering the home, this Agreement will be subject to termination by the Host with no refund.
BOOKING FEES. Guest shall pay the Host the amount as detailed during the booking process.

CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION. (If you are an AIRBNB Guest, this section DOES NOT APPLY TO YOU)
Guests, excluding Airbnb reservations, agree that a $500 Pre-Authorization will be held on Guest’s provided credit card to be used as a security deposit. By signing this Agreement, Guest authorizes Host to charge the credit card provided as needed to cover any costs incurred under this Agreement. Again, this DOES NOT apply to Airbnb guests.
