Great weekly rates (amounts to 7th night is free). Your all-season retreat in the heart of Estes Park, book now. Affordable luxury and great downtown location, open year round! On the second floor (guests must be able to use stairs), this is a non-smoking, no pets 1BR, 2BA loft unit part of Lofts of Estes, at the confluence of Big Thomson river and Fall river. Newly furnished, this unit sleeps 1 or 2 adults in the loft upstairs and maybe a child or two in the sofa bed located downstairs in the living room (no door in between). 3/4 bath upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs for your convenience, in-room jetted tub and grills (outside). This unit has a full kitchen with dishwasher and oven, river view from front deck, skylight and fireplace. WiFi internet, DVD player and cable channels. The mini washer and mini tumble dryer are for very small loads in emergency situations, please try the laundromat by Safeway for regular loads.

This is a downtown location, if you are sensitive to car and people traffic, please look elsewhere.

Convenient location - walk across the bridge to restaurants, shopping and Estes Park festivals. Follow the creek on the relaxing river walk.

Great condo for your own refreshing vacation, couple retreat, honeymoon or family vacation. Use it as a base camp to explore scenic Rocky Mountain National Park. Ski at Eldora in winter.

Cancellation policy: $100 fee if cancelled at least 3 weeks before arrival, could forfeit up to half of the total payment if cancelled less than 3 weeks before arrival and no other reservations for your dates. Fabulous Place to Stay in Estes Park

We loved our 3-week stay in the Lofts. The home was very clean, comfortable and had all we needed. I loved having the jetted tub which helped with sore muscles after our long hikes in the park. The location of the Loft is it's best asset -- right on the edge of town. During out 3-week stay I think we moved our car maybe three times. Everything is within walking distance including the hiker bus that takes you right up to the most popular trail heads. The kitchen is very small but we used it only for breakfasts and lunches so it worked out perfectly.

If we come to Estes Park again we will DEFINITELY stay at the lofts again. I highly recommend it.

We have stayed at a variety of properties and this one was just okay.

Little things like no soap in shower, no dishcloth in kitchen, light bulbs burned out, no books, games, DVDs, etc. Understanding that the detour is out of the property owner's control, the traffic was continuous!

May choose another place next time.

Nice Condo For Two People

We enjoyed our stay at Lofts #5 in Estes Park. The place is located within easy walking distance of everything in the downtown area. No need t get in the car to go to dinner. The place is very well appointed with a nice kitchen and even a washer and dryer.

Nice place but not great

The property was in a very convenient location and allowed for walking to shops and restaurants but as the property owner indicated, parking is at a premium and we had to park in the public lot across the street. We didn't have a problem with this as it is very close to the property. The furniture was nice and the king bed was very comfortable. While the condo was clean and well kept, there were a few things that didn't live up to our expectation of the luxury or upscale designation. The condo was kind of dark and needs additional lighting such as lamps. The only light in the half bath is the low watt bulb in the exhaust fan. Barely enough light to brush your teeth. In the bedroom, there is not a chest or dresser so you pretty much have nowhere to put your clothes (there is some hanging space in a closet/laundry room). The dorm room size refrigerator in the kitchen is not useful unless you just need to throw in a couple of bottled waters and yet there is plenty of room for an apartment size or even a residential refrigerator in that spot. The biggest disappointment was the stand up shower. It is quite literally the size of a phone booth. I would guess 30"l x 24"w. The property owner is very nice and very responsive to inquiries/questions. In my opinion, a few tweaks to this nice condo would take it to the next level.
