Perfectly wooded secluded end upper unit with additional space.

This condo is large with two sizable bedrooms and whirlpool baths. The bedrooms can be set up at either King or 2 doubles in both rooms. The sofa can be made into a bed also. This is a unit on the top floor which makes it much quieter than the first floor. The entire living room and dining room overlooks the pool with a lanai and balcony both to use. Being that it is an end upper unit- the square footage is greater.

This was our 11th stay @ Ocean Palms in an upper end unit. We keep coming back for more.

The weather was wonderful . We golfed 8 times in shorts! HH has lost some grandeur due to the hurricane, but it is still charmingly laid back and friendly. Our unit was up to par, clean, comfortable and quiet and fully equipped. Highly recommend Ocean Palms, and will return again.

We have traveled to Hilton Head Island for over 20 years- a good friend of ours allowed us to rent his condo. About 7 years ago we decided to buy property here on the island. Our Real Estate Agent sent this property to us. We had friends who owned here and we knew we would love the Westin there. We absolutely loved everything about our place. It is close to the beach- we ride our bikes to Happy Hour and out to eat. The whole plantation is just lovely, well kept, quiet and exactly what we looked for as we have a couple years left before retirement. It is an absolute perfect place for any family. My 82 year old mom goes and spends all day on the Lanai as we go about our day.

Why they chose this property

A friend of ours owned here and he loved it. After we bought our condo another friend bought one. On our second trip we went to the weekly mixer event and met so many people that owned and now are establishing our family here.

What makes this property unique

The lanai that overlooks the pool is so Southern. The trees in the middle of the property are huge sweeping old and established. The condos have a very southern rich influence. I like the fact that it is established as the vegetation and the bike trails have been around for a while. There is an uniqueness about the place.
