This 1,350 sqft Sanibel style villa, overlooking the main pool and with a screened in porch, is tastefully furnished and designed for comfort and convenience. Two private ensuite bedrooms - Primary suite with a king bed and large, newly renovated bathroom, Second suite with two twin beds (convertible to a king) and its own newly renovated bathroom. Open-concept living/dining space with a queen sleeper sofa, love seat, and reading chair. Fully equipped kitchen: full-size appliances, cookware, dishes for 10, and a wet bar, Smart TVs in every room, including a 50” in the living area and 40” in each bedroom. Walk-out deck PLUS Screened in Porch with views of beautifully landscaped gardens and pool area. In-unit washer/dryer, central air, and free WiFi. Sleeps 6 comfortably.
