We all loved our stay on Webster lake. The house was beautiful and stacked with dishes and everything we needed. The private beach was perfect. There was shade early afternoon. It was so comfortable. The views were amazing. The most relaxing vacation.
This vacation property couldn't have been better. It was on the older side and so quaint and full of character. There was so much room, we had six adults and 2 small children and plenty of room for the kids to play and move around. We loved the little beach and was so easy to cast off our kayaks. The lake was beautiful and large and fun to fish. There was typed of dishes and utensils and pots and pans, everything you could need for cooking. The rooms had conditioners and fans, the beds were comfortable and the rooms were large and very pretty. We had a very relaxing and memorable vacation.
Peace at the Lake
It feels like our home away from home already. The best place to get away from the everyday busy schedules. The caretakers are really nice and helpful with local activity information.
Wonderful getaway on Webster Lake
Nice house on a great property. House has big rooms and a wonderful living room area with three sided view of Webster Lake. Nice screen in porch with wonderful views. We have stayed many times and have always had a great time. I would recommend this property for a relaxing get away.

Great Location with a few minor issues
We stayed at this house for one week in July 2015. We were a group of 8 with ages ranging from 55 to 14 years of age. The house is more run down than the photos show. It is in a great location with amazing views of the lake. The size of the house is perfect for large groups or multiple families, as well as the 3 bathrooms and well equipped kitchen. The draw backs include:
There is only one 19 inch old style TV in the whole house and no wireless internet. SWe brought a router after reading a previous review. A flat screen TV would be a great addition in the living area for rainy days and older folks who have a hard time seeing the small one that is there now. The porch furniture is terrible and uncomfortable and the living room couch and chair have seen better days.
Don't expect to use the fireplaces either, since they do not work.
The bed linens are a cheap 200 thread count and no beach towels are provided, so bring your own.
We own a vacation rental and feel with a few minor expenses, this could be a wonderful rental.
The on site care taker is awesome if you need anything!
We stayed here over Memorial Day weekend to attend a family wedding in Sanbornton. The property was EXACTLY as described and pictured on its website....very neat and clean. The bathrooms are original to the house, built in the mid 1930's, but that's part of the charm. The beds were very comfortable. The house is on a point on the lake and has everything you need. We barbequed, sat out on the lawn overlooking the lake and just relaxed when we weren't busy with wedding events. Jim, the manager of the property, couldn't have been nicer and made us feel right at home. I would definitely stay here again if in the area.
