This bright, spacious, and family-friendly 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom home comfortably sleeps 6—with additional sleeping space on the living room couch for added flexibility to sleep up to 8. Ideal for families or small groups, the home offers a resort-like backyard with 6-person hot tub, custom gas fire pit, BBQ, two living rooms, a private theater room, a well-appointed kitchen, and easy parking.

Step into the sunny backyard, your personal outdoor oasis featuring a dining table for eight, cozy patio furniture, hot tub, and a gas fire pit. It’s the perfect place to unwind after a day of adventure—whether you’re sipping wine by the fire, stargazing from the hot tub, enjoying a BBQ dinner, or simply soaking up Colorado’s 300 days of sunshine.

Enjoy added comforts like a Tesla charger, board games, and fast access to Boulder’s best attractions. You're just minutes from scenic hiking trails, the University of Colorado, Pearl Street Mall, downtown shops, restaurants, and local cafes.

Please Note: This is a multi-split-level home. While most of the guest space is located on the main and garden levels, guests will also have access to a bedroom, bathroom, and washer/dryer on the top floor. Two rooms on the upper level, as well as the garage, will be locked and unavailable during your stay.
