This unique 2 by 12 mile island in mid coast Maine, is connected to the mainland by bridge. Located 15 miles from Bath, 12 miles from Wiscasset and 21 miles from Boothbay Harbor.

The venue is an Historic Waterfront Victorian Cottage that sits on 3.5 acres,… and has been fully renovated.

Decks, wrap around porch and stone walls surround the property. An Outdoor stone patio is on the water side, with picnic tables grill, griddle, lobster cooker and fire pit.

Private dock, 800 feet of DEEPWATER frontage that looks out at harbor seals on the ledges in front, working lobster boats, osprey, surrounding islands and out to Hendricks Head lighthouse and the open ocean..

The venue can accommodate a daytime event for up to 50 guests, with plenty of parking.

For overnight accommodations, the main cottage has 4 bedrooms and an attached sunporch, fully equipped kitchen and separate dining room.

The attached guest quarters can be accessed through the main cottage or from its own outside entrance. It has its own full kitchen, living area with a waterfront deck.

The entire cottage will sleep up to 12 guests comfortably. There are 3.5 baths, 2 kitchens and 3 refrigerators. The rate listed on the VRBO site is the cost per night for up to 12 guests. There is a 2 night minimum stay for overnight accommodations. The price does not include the Maine lodging tax of 9 per cent and the VRBO FEES.

The cottage can be rented for a one day event… or an event and overnight accommodations. Price will be quoted based on details of your event.
