"Serenity Now" is a mountain retreat that is located in The Reserve at Sugar Mountain. This well-kept entry level condo offers breathtaking sunsets with its long-range views. An escape from the heat and humidity of the summer, or the perfect location for winter activities, it is located close to all that the High Country area has to offer. You can get out and explore or simply enjoy the peacefulness and views from 5100 ft.

A couple reminders about our property. No Pets allowed, COA requirement, the Master bedroom sliding glass door is weather sealed closed to prevent incoming weather as the door bows from the winds which results in large gaps. Plan for replacement Spring 2026.

The house was very nice. Clean and updated with everything we needed. We had an issue with the water freezing before we arrived, which was not the owners fault. He went above and beyond to get it handled.

After staying in numerous properties we decided to have a place of our own that best reflects our needs to relax and feel right at home. In turn, it made sense for us to share our home with others to enjoy and make memories year after year. We enjoy reading our Guests comments that shows how much we pay attention to detail that makes our home comfortable, relaxing and welcoming.

Why they chose this property

After numerous visits to the High Country we could not be happier with our location! Incredible views! It is like a screensaver on the computer that is always moving! With the deck facing West, the sunsets are the best! The living setup provides privacy for Guests as the bedrooms are spaced out well and having a full bath for each bedroom.

What makes this property unique

As homeowners we continue to take care of our property and pay attention to details! Sharpen the knives in the kitchen, cleaning under the couch cushions, having numerous blankets, replacing pillows, replacing linens, dusting the ceiling fans and light fixtures. I can go on with all the little things! Focusing on them are much appreciated from our Guests.
