Relax and recharge at Nana’s Cozy Cottage, a peaceful mountain retreat in the gated community of Sierra Park. This two-story cabin comfortably sleeps 8, with 2 spacious bedrooms, each offering a queen bed and two twin beds—perfect for families or small groups.

The full bathroom is located downstairs and includes a tub, perfect for a warm soak after a day of adventure. There’s also a convenient half bathroom just outside the back door with a toilet and sink. A stackable washer and dryer is located in the formal dining room for your convenience.

Start your day with morning coffee on the front deck, then wind down with family appetizers on the side deck, featuring oversized wicker seating and forest views.

Nature lovers will enjoy the many birdhouses around the property—from tiny hummingbird shelters to larger ones frequented by wild turkeys. Darling benches are scattered throughout the yard, ideal for snapping a photo, diving into a book, or simply soaking in the peaceful setting.

The cabin is located at the end of a quiet street near a cul-de-sac, creating a safe, tucked-away feel with great sledding hills right outside the door during snowy months. You’ll also have two paved parking spaces with easy backup access, even in winter conditions.

Enjoy access to community amenities including a private lake, play structure, basketball courts, and dog area—all just a short walk away. Bring inflatables or canoes for the lake, and return them under the house after use. Kids under 15 can fish, and there’s an annual Father’s Day fishing derby at the lake.

The home is equipped with electric wall heaters throughout, and fans in each bedroom for warm summer days. At night, open the windows for a cool mountain breeze.
