These 8 reasons are why I hope you choose our condo over the many other choices you have.
1.) It has an unbeatable view -
The balcony is about 25 feet wide, 15 feet deep, and looking straight at the beach. The elevation of the 4th floor provides the perfect compromise between overhead view and up-close intimacy. The condo is located right in the middle of the building so you are directly over walk that goes out to the beach.

2.) The acoustics of the waves are unmatched -
Have you ever been to the Grand Ol' Opry Ryman Auditorium in Nashville and see how acoustically perfect the building is? Well, our condo on the 4th floor is at the same angle as if you were in the Ryman. The acoustics are perfect and first encounter. The sounds of the waves come to you unobstructed. They aren't muffled by the sand on the beach like you would find on the 1st floor. They aren't full of echoes like you would find on higher floors. Watch my video of the unit, and you will see EXACTLY what I am talking about when I go out on the balcony.

3.) The condo is clean -
We are clean people and demand our cleaning crew to have the unit ready and just as clean for you as it would be for us.

4.) It has a king size bed and sleeps 8 -
Big enough for a big family, our condo can comfortable sleep 8 people. In the master bedroom there is a king sized bed that has its own sliding glass door to the balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a full size bed, which can accommodate 4 more people. And finally, there is a queen sized pull-out sofa in the living room that can sleep 2 more.

5.) Free Keurig coffee! -
We are lovers of coffee and thought it would be really nice to share our Keurig coffee with you. Wake up in the morning, brew yourself up a fresh cup, and step outside onto the balcony.

6.) It's not as crowded -
There is something I want to point out to you. Just because some condominiums are 24 story skyscrapers does not mean they have a bigger piece of the beach. As the condo gets higher more and more people will crowd the beach in front. Our condominium is big enough to have all of the amenities you enjoy, but small enough not to overcrowd the beach.

7.) We are the perfect place to stay no matter the season -
Our condominium has an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as an indoor heated pool and hot tub. It does not matter if you stay here in spring, summer, fall, or winter. Our condo will always feel like a bona fide vacation to beautiful Orange Beach irregardless of the time of year.

8.) I am the private owner and own only this condo -
You are my main deal. You are all I have going on in Orange Beach. You will have my personal phone number and direct access to me before, during, and after your stay. I have people hired in the area and will take care of you. I will not only treat you like my only customer, you will indeed be my only customer.

Very Nice Condo in a great location.

My wife and I stayed here from a Monday afternoon until Friday morning. The condo was very clean and on the 4th floor which gave us great views and sounds from the gulf. The balcony was extra large and very roomy and we enjoyed several hours of down quiet time from here. Our stay in Orange Beach was greatly enjoyed because of staying in such a nice place. I would recommend this property to anyone considering coming to Orange Beach.

Great location, the condo has plenty of room. Master bedroom and bath very spacious. I especially like the half bath so cloth to the front door. Very handy coming in off the beach. The owner is quick to respond to all my questions. I will return on my next visit.

Horrible. The host did not send us check-in instructions as promised. We were there at time for check-in and had to sit there for an hour because we did not have the door code and the host would not answer the phone nor respond to text messages or messages through Vrbo. The door would stick about half the time and we couldn't go in or out.

Great for families

I really enjoyed this rental, it helped us have a great trip. It’s perfectly located in the middle of Orange Beach. The kitchen is fully stocked and the beach view is world class. I would definitely recommend renting this condominium.

Could have been better

Upon arrival at the condo, the check in was easy as we had received our access code and parking passes. When we walked into the condo the smell of musty water was overwhelming and as we investigated, the breaker on the refrigerator had been tripped and all of the ice and leftover Popsicles from other people had melted. It obviously had been days since anyone was there so we cleaned up the mess and tried to get the refrigerator to work, with no luck. We went to use the separate ice machine and it didn't work either. We alerted the property owner and were told that someone could be there to look at it the next day. We had no where to put any of our cold items so we had to go buy ice for our coolers to try to keep our groceries cold. The next morning by 9 am still no one had shown up. Finally around 10:30 a repairman showed up to try to fix it only to be told that they compressor had went out and there was nothing he could do. Day 2 came and went with no refrigerator. Finally on Day 3 of our stay a new refrigerator arrived. 24 hours later - still no ice. Had to call again and have a repair person come out and actually hook the water up properly so that it would produce ice. The smell of mustiness finally went away but the overall appearance of the condo really needs a makeover. We came for the beach -- and the beach and pool were wonderful so we still had a great time at that location; however, the lack of attentiveness and responsiveness really was a bummer. The convenience of staying in a condo so that we could cook there and eat in some at lunch turned into a big inconvenience since we had to go buy more ice the first 3 days of our 5 day vacation. We asked for some compensation to cover our ice or bring us some ice while we were there and we got no response towards our issue. We really like the building for the location and beach but would not stay in this unit again.

Wonderful beach location, relaxing & peaceful.

We just got back last night from our fabulous vacation where we stayed at the Regency Inn, Orange Beach Condo! Wow! Anything & everything you could possible want or need is right there, so relaxing & peaceful. We did go out to dinner & also stopped at a nearby Wal-Mart & everyone was so friendly & we even noticed how clean the side of the roadways were! Amazingly we felt safe even though we were out of state travelers. If you are looking for a wonderful place to vacation, please check this location out! Thank you so much Mr. Thompson!

Ready to return to Regency Isle!

We totally enjoyed our stay at #407 Regency Isle! With just a short walk to the beach, the condo’s fourth floor view is perfect for people watching, is centrally located right across from elevators and that large balcony is awesome! Dennis, the owner was easy to work with and very responsive. The building had all the amenities we needed, gas grills under nice gazebo were cleaned every morning, green space was clean & tidy, basic exercise room and we loved having assigned garage parking. Beach rentals were also handy. It was a perfect space for family vacation. We would definitely return to 407 for future beach rentals.

Nice location and property that comes up a bit short on amenities.

Dennis was extremely easy and prompt to work with, and that is definitely appreciated. The condo is on the fourth floor and faces the beach. The sound of the ocean from the large covered balcony is great. The pool is wonderful, although there is no shade until late in the day. There is a nice area to grill out that we did not use, but it looked like a good spot to meet your neighbors. The interior of the condo is well maintained and clean. The only suggestion I have for improvement deals with furniture. The living room furniture is not comfortable and sits very low to the floor. The balcony furniture is well used and some of it has been obviously repaired previously. Finally, in the room with the queen and full beds, they are both pretty aged and squeak with every movement. That makes it rough to have a 16 month old baby in the room! All in all, we would consider returning.

Great vacation in OBA at Regency Isle

Many thanks to Dennis and his family for allowing us to stay at their Orange Beach, AL condo. The location at Regency Isle was great and we could have spent MUCH longer listening to the waves crash on the beach. The condo had everything we needed and the beach and pool were a quick few steps away. The beach chair and umbrella rental was a bonus! Although the surf was a little rough during our stay, the weather was perfect in the 80s and the kids got in boogie boarding and beach play. The outdoor pool was a favorite attraction and our little one greatly enjoyed the shallow shelf at the east end. We couldn't find a guest book, so here are some of our favorites in OBA. Publix was great for our grocery needs and we weren't disappointed in the selection or location. When eating out, we highly recommend Cosmos (everything is good), Moe's Original BBQ, LuLu's (for the Jimmy Buffett atmosphere and kid's climbing ) and Tacky Jack's (great drinks) for on-the-water outdoor dining. Also, take time to explore Gulf Shores State Park and walk out on the pier. The kids enjoyed watching the fishermen pull in their catch! Overall, we had a great time in OBA at Regency Isle. Dennis was excellent to work with and the condo came as advertised! Thanks!

Very nice updated condo!

As a family we have stayed in a lot of beach front condos! I must say this condo is in excellent shape. The decor is very modern/contemporary ! It's a very beautiful condo! The oversized balcony was excellent to eat breakfast on and watch the Dolphins! Very close to the elevator very clean, very roomy, and as Dennis says the acoustics of the ocean are amAzing in this condo👍! If I had one little complaint the parking spot is on p2 and is kinda hard to find and get in and out of w a larger suv ( ther is alternative parking tho)! We will be back! Thanks Dennis!

Condo is as advertised

My husband and I rented this condo for a week and were very well pleased. Dennis is reachable and responsive. The designated parking spot in the garage is less than desirable, but since we were there during the off season, there were always easy access parking spots in the lower garage area. The large balcony was enjoyable in every respect. Renters have access to all sorts of fun beach extras such as beach chairs, floaties, boogie boards, frisbees, etc. The condo itself was very clean and well-maintained. Location, amenities, elevators, access...everything was very good. I would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Weekend get away before classes started

The condo is very nice and clean, the best part is the balcony and the view, absolutely beautiful. 2 1/2 baths was fantastic, and so was the washer and dryer. I am handicap and need to use a walker and the condo worked great, plenty of room to get around. If it hand grab bars in atleast one of the bathrooms would of made it even better. Only regret was not being able to stay long enough!

Beautiful! Wonderful! Amazing!

Beautiful view, we watched the Dolphins swim from the balcony. Wonderful...condo! We had everything we needed and then some. The condo is right off of the elevator, which makes for easy loading and unloading. It is decorated in a pleasant beach theme. It is large and airy with beautiful views. Amazing location....we walked across the Florida-Alabama line. There are so many things to see and do in this area. Dennis was very helpful in making this as my kids put it "our best beach trip ever!" Highly recommend Dennis and his fantastic condo!

Beautiful!

This is our best beach trip ever! The condo is wonderful. It has everything you could want and more. The beach is beautiful and clean, it is not crowded. Very family friendly area. The water is crystal clear. The view is breathtaking. We are very close to lots of activities and shopping. I could not have hoped for more. Thank so much!
