These 8 reasons are why I hope you choose our condo over the many other choices you have.

1.) It has an unbeatable view -

The balcony is about 25 feet wide, 15 feet deep, and looking straight at the beach. The elevation of the 4th floor provides the perfect compromise between overhead view and up-close intimacy. The condo is located right in the middle of the building so you are directly over walk that goes out to the beach.

2.) The acoustics of the waves are unmatched -

Have you ever been to the Grand Ol' Opry Ryman Auditorium in Nashville and see how acoustically perfect the building is? Well, our condo on the 4th floor is at the same angle as if you were in the Ryman. The acoustics are perfect and first encounter. The sounds of the waves come to you unobstructed. They aren't muffled by the sand on the beach like you would find on the 1st floor. They aren't full of echoes like you would find on higher floors. Watch my video of the unit, and you will see EXACTLY what I am talking about when I go out on the balcony.

3.) The condo is clean -

We are clean people and demand our cleaning crew to have the unit ready and just as clean for you as it would be for us.

4.) It has a king size bed and sleeps 8 -

Big enough for a big family, our condo can comfortable sleep 8 people. In the master bedroom there is a king sized bed that has its own sliding glass door to the balcony. Bedroom #2 has a queen size bed and a full size bed, which can accommodate 4 more people. And finally, there is a queen sized pull-out sofa in the living room that can sleep 2 more.

5.) Free Keurig coffee! -

We are lovers of coffee and thought it would be really nice to share our Keurig coffee with you. Wake up in the morning, brew yourself up a fresh cup, and step outside onto the balcony.

6.) It's not as crowded -

There is something I want to point out to you. Just because some condominiums are 24 story skyscrapers does not mean they have a bigger piece of the beach. As the condo gets higher more and more people will crowd the beach in front. Our condominium is big enough to have all of the amenities you enjoy, but small enough not to overcrowd the beach.

7.) We are the perfect place to stay no matter the season -

Our condominium has an outdoor pool and hot tub as well as an indoor heated pool and hot tub. It does not matter if you stay here in spring, summer, fall, or winter. Our condo will always feel like a bona fide vacation to beautiful Orange Beach irregardless of the time of year.

8.) I am the private owner and own only this condo -

You are my main deal. You are all I have going on in Orange Beach. You will have my personal phone number and direct access to me before, during, and after your stay. I have people hired in the area and will take care of you. I will not only treat you like my only customer, you will indeed be my only customer.

Great vacation in OBA at Regency Isle

Many thanks to Dennis and his family for allowing us to stay at their Orange Beach, AL condo. The location at Regency Isle was great and we could have spent MUCH longer listening to the waves crash on the beach. The condo had everything we needed and the beach and pool were a quick few steps away. The beach chair and umbrella rental was a bonus! Although the surf was a little rough during our stay, the weather was perfect in the 80s and the kids got in boogie boarding and beach play. The outdoor pool was a favorite attraction and our little one greatly enjoyed the shallow shelf at the east end.

We couldn't find a guest book, so here are some of our favorites in OBA. Publix was great for our grocery needs and we weren't disappointed in the selection or location. When eating out, we highly recommend Cosmos (everything is good), Moe's Original BBQ, LuLu's (for the Jimmy Buffett atmosphere and kid's climbing ) and Tacky Jack's (great drinks) for on-the-water outdoor dining. Also, take time to explore Gulf Shores State Park and walk out on the pier. The kids enjoyed watching the fishermen pull in their catch!

Overall, we had a great time in OBA at Regency Isle. Dennis was excellent to work with and the condo came as advertised! Thanks!

Very nice updated condo!

As a family we have stayed in a lot of beach front condos! I must say this condo is in excellent shape. The decor is very modern/contemporary ! It's a very beautiful condo! The oversized balcony was excellent to eat breakfast on and watch the Dolphins! Very close to the elevator very clean, very roomy, and as Dennis says the acoustics of the ocean are amAzing in this condo👍! If I had one little complaint the parking spot is on p2 and is kinda hard to find and get in and out of w a larger suv ( ther is alternative parking tho)! We will be back! Thanks Dennis!

Great Condo!!!

We loved staying in the Condo, and would do so again. The accommodations were excellent and the view was spectacular!! The condo was beautifully decorated and was very well taken care of. We would recommend this condo!!!

Condo is as advertised

My husband and I rented this condo for a week and were very well pleased. Dennis is reachable and responsive. The designated parking spot in the garage is less than desirable, but since we were there during the off season, there were always easy access parking spots in the lower garage area. The large balcony was enjoyable in every respect. Renters have access to all sorts of fun beach extras such as beach chairs, floaties, boogie boards, frisbees, etc. The condo itself was very clean and well-maintained. Location, amenities, elevators, access...everything was very good. I would definitely recommend this unit to others.

Weekend get away before classes started

The condo is very nice and clean, the best part is the balcony and the view, absolutely beautiful. 2 1/2 baths was fantastic, and so was the washer and dryer. I am handicap and need to use a walker and the condo worked great, plenty of room to get around. If it hand grab bars in atleast one of the bathrooms would of made it even better. Only regret was not being able to stay long enough!

Sand crab hunting! Get your flashlights and beach buckets and head out to the shore at night. There will be lots of sand crabs on the beach which are fun to catch and release!
