The house was immaculate. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Beds were comfortable and the game room was impressive. Great place to stay, Bay on one side and ocean on the other, all within a short distance.The host communicated well and we enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect Cape house for families! The kids had a blast in the basement arcade and game room and the adults enjoyed the peace and quiet upstairs and on the lovely backyard deck. The outdoor shower was a nice bonus after a day at the beach.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week! The house is located in a lovely quiet neighborhood close to the bay beaches. It’s spacious and comfortable with every amenity you could ever need. The grandkids especially loved the arcade room downstairs as well as their upstairs bunk room filled with toys and books. A great vacation home!

The house is as nice as portrayed in the photos. The furniture all seems new and was comfortable. I have been staying in VRBO houses for over 15 years and this is the first house I have stayed at where each bed tried was comfortable. (I tried each of them but the top bunks) The yard is very peaceful and relaxing. The family room offers much to do inside for all ages. The owner was very easy to work with. We had one concern during our stay and Thea replied to me within 5 minutes of my message and acted quickly to resolve it. I would definitely stay here again.

What a find! The location between the ocean and bay side beaches can’t be beat! A nice, quiet neighborhood and the house has everything you need for a fun, family stay. Corn hole, party lights on the upper deck and the fire pit were particularly appreciated by my two 20-something kids!

Great rental!

Beautiful, clean home. Lots of privacy in quiet neighborhood. Comfortable sleeping arrangements for the entire family. Games, books, toys, gaming consoles for entertainment. So many amenities provided which is rare for rentals these days. Easy check-in/check-out process. We thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay. Would definitely rent again.

We had the most wonderful stay at this Cape Cod rental! The home was spotless upon arrival and had so much space for our family to spread out and relax. Every detail was thoughtfully taken care of—from the fully stocked kitchen (everything you could possibly need, and all BPA-free!) to the abundance of beach accessories that made our days by the ocean effortless and fun. Chairs, umbrellas, toys—you name it, it was there.It truly felt like a home away from home, but with all the extras that made our vacation stress-free and enjoyable. The cleanliness and organization were top-notch, and you can tell the owners take great pride in maintaining this property. We can’t wait to come back for another Cape getaway!

We really enjoy our stay. Great location, the whole house was clean, comfortable beds, perfect for our size of our family. The welcome basket was a very nice touch. We would love to rebook for our future visits. One of the best we have booked on the cape.

We have stayed in other rental houses in Eastham. This is one of the best we’ve rented. We had 6 adults and 4 kids and the rooms were clean and spacious and all our needs were met. The game room is an added bonus along with the upper deck. Our host was always responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely come back again!
