Botanic Garden Retreat Main Floor-AC-Wifi-Free Parking
Charming private main floor in a vintage Denver Bungalow built in 1918—just 3 blocks from the Botanic Gardens! Walk to cafes, bookstores, the Colfax Theater district and Cherry Creek. Only 2.5 miles to downtown. Includes a cozy living room, kitchen, bedroom w/ ensuite bath, and shared backyard. Easy keyless access via private front entrance. Quiet, historic Congress Park charm meets city convenience. Fast Wi-Fi, free street parking, and a fireplace (upon request) for cozy nights in.
You have your own private entrance through the front with a self-check-in experience (Keyless entry code)! Your space is the entire main floor of the house.
I am happy to give as much support or as much extra service as the guest wants. I live on the premises in a separate part of the house and use the back entrance. You may occasionally see me walking out through the backyard, but that's it. There are no pets nor other people on the premises.
Neighbors are great and very quiet.
