This house was wonderful and exactly what we wanted.
The home was directly on the water where my 2-year old played in the sand and surf the entire week. The owners are wonderful and the house had everything we needed. It was very clean with lots of room and large porches for lounging as you overlook the ocean. The rocks were beautiful and the kids could play during low tide. Quiet and lovely. We would stay here again for sure.

Kelly,
We are happy you enjoy the house so much.
Our children also love the unique area we call our back yard. So much to do beyond a basic beach setting. Thank you for the review.
Best regards,

Perfect location!
My family and I have rented this house 2 summers in a row. It is located on the best beach in Scituate! So much for kids to do! At low tide kids can climb on well rock, hunt for hermit crabs, large crabs and starfish, or walk down beach a bit and swim or bogie board. At high tide swimming is great and can even jump off low rocks in certain places. My kids have so much fun here!

There is no other spot like Wellrock! It's like a magnet for kids and adults. Thank you for being a terrific guest, see you again in 2018!

This wonderful house was exactly as descibed on HomeAway, and the surrounding area was wonderful.
This is a beautiful home, on a beautiful beach in a beautiful town. Mat responded very promptly to all my requests for information. I never had to raise an issue, because everything was exactly as we expected it to be! The views from the two tiered deck were stunning and relaxing. The beach is nice soft sand, and the tides change the colors and shapes of the rocks constantly, and we swam at every stage of the tide. I enjoyed my "night cap" at the top of Well Rock every night. We enjoyed cooking big family meals in the well equipped kitchen and also enjoyed Jake's Seafood in Hull (be sure to drive there via Cohasset Harbor and Jerusalem Rd) and the Satuate Tavern. The ladies enjoyed a day of shopping in Scituate Harbor. We brought back fantastic steamers, swordfish and chowder to cook at the beach house from Mullaney's Seafood on 3A. This is everything you want in a Beach House, but with an added touch of class. Our party ranged in age from 14 to 97 and each member enjoyed this home. We hope to return.
