This was a great place to stay while we were in town for an event at the Tampa convention center. The apartment matched the description well. It had the basic amenities that we needed. One evening, we were concerned that the toilet wasn’t working and Justin was prompt to send someone to come check it out.

This was a clean, comfortable and affordable place to stay in Tampa, with an easy drive to the convention center where we had several day event. What really stood out was how responsive the owner was. Even though we reached out after 9 PM, he was quick to help and fixed the issue promptly. That level of care made the stay even better. We would happily recommend this unit to others.

Everything was great and the owner was super communicative. The walls are pretty thin so you can hear other people in the unit next to you and a dog’s barking in the neighborhood as early as 5 AM every day. That was challenging.

Great set up! Clean and very tidy. One thing that caught me off guard was the sudden rocking of the house. Also the surrounding homes seem nice, but the whole street had a ton of small dogs running around without collars. I assumed they belonged to someone in the neighborhood but it was a bit alarming at night when they barked.
