We are a small, locally based vacation rental management team on the beautiful South Shore of Poipu, Kauai. Our guiding motto is simple: “When our guests come to paradise, they should feel like they are in paradise.”

* A dedicated property manager who will be in touch, greeting you are your arrival. Evan will provide the villa tour, show you the Lutron lighting with Alexa commands, and show you the easy use of the Sonos sound system via AirPlay on your mobile phone.
* Our own handyman for prompt maintenance. We live nearby, within 15 minutes. So if there is anything broken or if you need help getting it fixed, we could be helpful right away.
* A trusted cleaning team (with daily service available upon request)
* Exclusive concierge connections offering guest-only discounts on island experiences, including private chefs, in-home massages, and Kauai Cart rentals
