A family from Florida who fell in love with Colorado. The two adult kids moved to Denver and love to hike, ski, and snowboard. Now, our parents have a place to visit in the Summer (they are not snow people). We can enjoy the house year round from Denver, and we can share our special place with guests when we aren't using it ourselves or with friends. We love this house and LOVE Winter Park and hope you do too.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is walking distance to town and a short drive or free bus ride to Winter Park Resort, hiking, fishing, you name it. Convenience was key for us in all seasons.

What makes this property unique

We stay in other people's rental properties very often. So we tried to think of everything we appreciate. From board games to a stocked kitchen, we know your stay will be comfy.
