Now, our parents have a place to visit in the Summer (they are not snow people). We can enjoy the house year round from Denver, and we can share our special place with guests when we aren't using it ourselves or with friends. We love this house and LOVE Winter Park and hope you do too.

This neighborhood is walking distance to town and a short drive or free bus ride to Winter Park Resort, hiking, fishing, you name it. Convenience was key for us in all seasons.
