Please note: currently the dryer is not working, we are working to get it repaired as soon as possible. Stay in this cozy 3BR Craftsman in the heart of Tacoma! Just minutes from 6th Ave, downtown, hospitals, and UW Tacoma. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, comfy living space, and fenced backyard—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Ideal for couples, families, or business travelers. Fast WiFi, smart TV, and off-street parking included. Your perfect home base in Tacoma awaits!

Entering through the front fence you’ll be greeted by a landscaped yard leading to the stairs and up to the front door. Through the front door you’ll be welcomed by an extremely spacious and open main living area, with 10 foot ceilings, a cozy couch for watching TV, a large dining table for family meals and beautiful open kitchen, perfect for enjoying your family and friends while the cook of the group cooks up a feast.

Walking up the stairs you’ll find the three bedrooms; one queen bed, one twin bed and the en suite primary furnished with a queen bed. Each bedroom has a full closet and dresser. The primary en suite also has a fireplace and small siting area for you to enjoy during the chillier months, or if you just want to change the ambiance and cozy up with a book and cup of coffee in the morning.

The second bathroom has a combo shower/tub, and the master bathroom has a standalone shower.

This home is pet friendly, as well as open to longer term rentals. Inquire for more information!

There was no WiFi we contacted the owner and they lied and said the guy would be out the next day which was Thanksgiving,the washer was broken the dryer door was taped together to make it work,so of the plugs in the kitchen didn’t work the light in one of the rooms didn’t work this is the worse house I’ve ever rented in 10 years of renting house

**The Good:** This is a nice, newer townhome with plenty of space and light. Check-in was easy too. The open living, dining, and kitchen area was perfect for our stay. With 4 adults, 2 children, and a dog, it never felt cramped. We had all the dishes, pots, and pans we needed for the celebratory dinner we cooked during one night of our stay.**What Could Be Improved:** The internet connection was unreliable, going down every 10 minutes. As a result, we had no internet access, and since the TV depended on the internet, it never worked either. Additionally, the queen bed in the second bedroom was uncomfortably hard. Even though the owners added a foam pad on top of the mattress, it was still too firm for our son, and he likes a firm mattress. Also, since the TV didn't work it would have been nice if there were some family friendly games or cards availible for guests to use.

Could not communicate with property manager. Let 12 messages on VRBO site with no response. Telephone number in book was not for manager but someone else. Internet never worked. Tried multiple times to get manager to repair but never got a response. Do not know if messages got to anyone because not internet. No TV/streaming.One of us had to work remotely but with no internet she had to go to Starbucks to use internet.we did not get check in info until hours before arrival. Dryer broken.
