Location, the water view, delicious restaurants nearby. Apt was comfy, clean. For 1 night only used the fridge.

Location, view and the unit itself were amazing! The Close proximity to everything was great! Marked down from 5 star for two reasons: 1 check in at 4:00 seemed too late. 2) There were no hand towels, wash clothes. We were left two bath towels, women with long hair appreciate a towel to wrap hair in.

No towels, no soap, tv didn’t work until my husband fixed it. Door handles are loose and couch & bed are hard. I appreciated the host sending us detailed directions for access!

Good stay

It pretty much was as advertised except no towels /washcloths and rusted, old broken down chairs on the patio. Great location, nice apartment but really needs some touches that would be simple and inexpensive to make it nice, For example: Shower curtain disgusting, no hand soap curtains were just hanging on a line a with old stains, back door lock in bedroom which leads to outside and stairs to ground floor was loose, not secure. Food was left in the fridge. Owner never answered my call or message me back when I requested towels and washcloths, he did work with us about leaving our items to walk about the island before and after checking in and out. Worked out well for overnight stay only.

No communication

I asked the host a question before I booked this and received no reply. This should have been a red flag to me but I booked it anyway. After booking, I sent a different message and again received no response. If you rent this and you have a problem you will be on your own.

Great location

Place is great, the view, proximity to everything. Newly remodeled. Underestimated how much we would like it, we should’ve done some grocery shopping and spent more time in the apartment. Loved it.

One night stay

This property is perfect if you don’t have a car on the island since it is located right where the Steamship Authority boat docks. Save on Ubers! And it looks right into the ocean and is walking distance from the strip.

Great apartment and location

This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. We rented a car, only to explore the rest of the island and that, too, was a convenient walk, less than a block away. All in all, this was a great stay for our first visit to MV.

Perfect Location

We had a lovely time. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Mornings on the deck to watch the sunrise as well as the evening sunsets were breathtaking. We were able to walk to just about everywhere. Parking in the back was a little tricky but the issue was resolved quickly. Highly recommend this location.

Great stay. Like others have said, only two towels, no beach towels, and have to deal with electrical breakers on your own. Got info for getting into place in a timely fashion but didnt get a response on a question i asked during my stay. Best view on the island. Just bring your own stuff

Best spot on the Island!

Convenient to all restaurants and shopping!! Enjoyed the sunshine on the front deck-overlooking the water! Clean and updated on the inside. Make sure to grab all toiletries as mentioned in listing along w dishwashing liquid, hand soap, ice, & hair dryer. We will definitely be back again!

Great location, updated property

Location was excellent, walking distance to all points of interest! Apartment was very nice, newly renovated. Only thing that would be nice is to have some basic towels for kitchen and bath. Also, linens were only provided for the bed in the bedroom and listing advertises sleeps four. The couch pulls out for two but no sheets/blankets were available for it.
