Great location on the water and easy to get a boat to but the water at the dock is a little shallow so just be careful if bringing a boat. Plenty of rooms and beds for my large group for our annual trip of Bromads. I guess the renters before us left the place a mess and it needed some extra cleaning and we did find some evidence left behind from them. Possible poop smeared on a bathroom door handle and a trash bag full of dirty diapers outside the master bedroom. The last guests also left trash bags outside next to the house and a skunk was our nightly visitor. Overall the house is great for big groups but could use some little updates with some lighting minor things. Easy check in and check out so it’s a smooth process.
