Perfect location!

This little condo was perfect for 2! Great little balcony for morning coffee, living area and kitchenette! Eat in or walk to Coligny Plaza and choose from multiple places to eat! And then enjoy the shopping! The walkway to the beach was right next to our place so it was just steps to the beach! Thank you Pam for your quick responses to questions. We will be back next year!

Weekend Beach Vacation

Location was great, and the stay was pretty simple, so no real complaints there. Majority of my opinion is swayed by the terrible communication with the host. I told them that their balcony sliding glass door lock is broken and can easily be accessed (especially since it's only on the 2nd floor) and they just told me it's "never been an issue." If you're in hospitality, you don't completely invalidate the guest's concern. I KNOW it's not going to get fixed right then and there, but a simple, "sorry I will get someone to work on that" would have been appreciated from the start.Also having to print out my own parking pass? Most people don't have a printer nowadays, you should provide one.Having to take out the trash myself? It's really not that hard for the owner to do. Especially considering what we're paying.I'd rather just stay at a hotel than having to deal with chores and lack of security

Thank you for your feedback! Despite hoping to respond to every guest’s message swiftly, I will provide a host response schedule for future guests, as I don’t want anyone to feel my initial response is dismissive only because I cannot be alert when a guest arrives for their stay close to midnight. I’m sorry that I didn’t express more concern and willingness refund your stay fully so you could go elsewhere to feel safer until the morning. Be assured that the slider’s lock is now repaired. Unfortunately, the building’s bylaws necessitate physical passes and immediate trash disposal for short-term guests due to limited parking space and tight proximity of other units. I’m sorry you felt your stay was troublesome, but I’m truly thankful that you at least enjoyed the location, and I appreciate the guidance your review has given.
