Welcome to your dreamy seaside escape on the sparkling shores of Portsmouth! This coastal retreat offers breathtaking water views from nearly every room with the tranquil vibes.

Step inside and be instantly soothed by the sun-kissed spaces that flow seamlessly throughout the home. Wake up to golden sunrises over the water, sip your morning coffee on the expansive deck as seabirds glide overhead, or enjoy a glass of wine in the evening as the moonlight dances across the waves.
Street parking only.
There is a mechanical room in the basement marked `Private.` Please stay out of that area.
Trash pick up is Friday AM. Please put the blue top and black top bin on the left side of the house to the curb on Thursday night.

Went here for a girls trip and loved our stay! The house is cozy, and right on the water with a great view. The town is also very cute with some local restaurants and coffee shops in walking distance! Quick drive to Newport as well.

The owner should state that the bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and the only bathroom is on the first floor. Plus no lamp by bedside. The view is lovely but the neighborhood is not great.

Location, location, location! Walk to restaurants and the beach. Watch the sunset off the back deck. Relax and enjoy the view. Pleased with the K-cup coffee maker in the kitchen. Owners were very quick to respond to our questions. Unit is very clean and neighbors were very friendly. Even our little girl enjoyed chilling out on the deck!

It was good

Was just very hot in the house but besides that it was fine. I noticed paint chipping on you bathroom door frame from something ya have hanging there. And the basment outside door has a gap. I would fill it just so you dont get critters. But overall great location and quiet neighborhood!

The house was cute. We stayed 2 nights during a snowstorm. House should never be rented in winter. First night was freezing. Thermostat did not work. Second day was told thermostat would need batteries. House never warmed up. Had oven on the whole time. Top top temperature was 64 when it was 18 outside. It took over 24 hours to get to 64 Was sent over two heaters one kept blowing off fuses. No hot water in bathroom sink. we had a dog with us so we were limited to staying there or we would’ve left. Playroom downstairs was uninhabitable. It was so cold. we watched TV with coats blankets, hats, and gloves. The drafts coming in all the windows and doors and even attempting to use the bathroom felt like going into a freezer. Needless to say, my nose is running now, and my body aches from being stiff from the cold. i’ve been to other VRBO and this was my worst experience. I would like my money returned.
