Great location, staff got us a second robe quickly since there wasn't one in the room. Wish there was room in the fridge for our food instead of just mini bar stuff. Water didn't get hot enough in the shower. VERY dry air.

Bathroom door is a pocket door. Latch malfunctioned and locked me in the bathroom for 20 minutes. There was no conditioner in the dispenser in the shower.If you are a light sleeper, do not stay here. There is zero sound insulation in the historic building. You can hear everything going on outside.The area is super sketchy. Lots of homeless all around the area. Staff didn't seem very concerned about the bathroom door issues or the missing conditioner, offering a 15 credit from the mini bar. Really not impressed with the service at all. Staff overall seemed rather glazed over, uninterested in providing quality service.Keep your expectations low. Don't fully close the bathroom door.
