🚧 Our building is fully complete, though construction continues in other parts of the community. This does not impact our stunning mountain views of the Gore Range. In fact, one upside of the ongoing work is that our unit features an unobstructed panoramic view of both the Gore Range and the Blue River Valley. One day, the Blue River Valley will be obstructed by the neighboring development.
🕒 Construction is limited to weekday business hours and is rarely heard from inside the home. We don’t anticipate it will affect your stay.

This unit has a Responsible Agent, whose chief purpose is to respond to an external complaint submitted to the local government regarding the renter's stay in this unit. The place was clean, up to date, and within walking distance of everything. We were up in the area for a race that my wife was running in at Leadville and this was a very comfortable place to stay.

Great stay!! Everything we needed to cook, nice views, hot tub was great, heat lamp on porch made for great cozy evenings, hosts were nice and welcoming. Forgot my iPhone charger and they had one there, along with various other usbs. Highly recommend.
