What a fabulous home! The perfect "close to beach" house with everything you need to enjoy a relaxing, fun-filled vacation. Exceptional appliances, lots of beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The back yard was just amazing from the beautiful trees, landscaping, and the oh so comfortable lounge areas. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved staying here. This house was perfect for our family of 8. We used the pullout sofa for our younger two kiddos and had plenty of space for the 4 teenagers to share the other two rooms. The master bedroom and bathroom is so spacious and well designed. I loved the windows and natural light and access to the back patio from the master suite. One of the things that was really lovely about the property was the access to both Brennecke’s beach and Shipwreck beach. The walkway that was right outside the back yard was perfect for our kids. They figured out how to get to both beaches and would often go without us. We also really appreciated the beach wagon, Tommy Bahama chairs with built in cooler and storage and straps for carrying, and the umbrella. So incredibly helpful to have those items to use and leave behind when we were done.

Unbelievable accomodation if you wish to stay in beautiful Poipu . Situated 8 min walk from the turtles of Poipu beach and 3 minutes walk to the beautiful Grand Hyatt hotel in the other direction . The house is just stunning , clean and roomy , 3 seperate bedrooms for our group of 6 , massive dining living room , garage filled with everything necessary from goggles to beach chairs and umbrellas and even tennis rackets and pickle ball . Safe quiet neighbourhood ..In the kitchen and laundry everything was stocked up . Very generous and house proud owners .Beautiful garden with lanai area to sit and relax after a day at the beach.Access to pool and spa, make sure to ask for the specific details here as it was a bit unclear.We stayed 7 nights. In regards to the real estate lending company there was no communication apart from the usual welcome instructions .When I asked a simple question , it was not even replied to on the app . Highly recommended Gabby from Melbourne , Australia
