El condominio Kihei Bay Vista se encuentra frente a Kalepolepo Beach y la Whale Foundation. Este complejo cuenta con una hermosa piscina, bañera de hidromasaje y barbacoas de gas, así como jardines tropicales bien cuidados. Esta propiedad está ubicada en el centro de tiendas, restaurantes, actividades y los mejores campos de golf de Wailea y Makena. Su condominio está muy bien decorado y bien cuidado, tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, lavadora y secadora, sala de aire acondicionado en la sala de estar y ventiladores de techo. Disfrute del lanai (patio privado) con cenas al aire libre y brisas tropicales a un precio fantástico. Estás a solo un minuto de la playa de arena blanca al otro lado de la calle para observar ballenas, caminar por las playas y disfrutar de increíbles puestas de sol desde este lugar. Además, a solo 4 millas de Kamaole Beach I (las playas mejor valoradas de Maui en Kihei).

Perfect location

We stayed at Kihei Bay vista for 2 weeks. The grounds were well kept, the pool and hot tub were nice and beaches within walking distance. All concerns were dealt with swiftly. A perfect place to stay for two weeks of relaxation.

Living in Paradise

The Condo was even better than advertised and very weel stocked with condiments. (Spices etc) We did not require the air conditioner as long as the trade winds were blowing.. We would want to rent this place again if we return to Maui.. Very satisfied.Mahalo, B&M

Great condo and location in Kihei!

If you're looking for a place in north Kihei, this condo is a great choice for a couple. The grounds were beautiful, the hot tub hot and the pool cool. This condo is very comfortable and clean, has a decently stocked kitchen, comfortable bed and living space. With the window and door open, there's a lovely breeze which comes through many days. The mini-split A/C is nice and quiet when you're ready to cool down. Everyone I met was friendly and welcoming. Access to the ocean is straight out the front, take a slight left down the beach and you'll get to the fishpond, which is a nice calm place to take in sunset.

Great family friendly location

If you are looking for a great place to take you and your family this is the spot. It’s a quiet and convenient location. Across the street is a child friendly beach where you can even swim with turtles. It was also very clean with access to beach gear to borrow to make your stay more enjoyable. Great condo

Condo was just like the pictures showed and we were pleasantly surprised to find the high vaulted ceilings which made the place seem more spacious. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials including basic spices, cooking oil, dish soap, tin foil/wax paper, etc. Having an in-suite washer and dryer was fantastic! Water was always hot in the shower. Only complaint was there was no air-conditioning in the bedroom and we are used to it being cold for sleeping but the condo also provided a couple of fans so we were able to get some of the cool air from the living room circulating to the back where the bedroom is. Also the lighting in the bedroom is not great. My husband especially enjoyed that the TV/cable box had a PVR so we were able to tape programs and watch them later. The grounds of the condo complex were very clean, pool and hot tub always in good condition. There was a great little beach across the street with sea turtles basking right on the sand near the rocks! The condo provided beach chairs and a cooler which we used, unfortunately the beach umbrella was broken but there are so many beaches on Maui, so we were able to find shady spots for the most part. All in all, we really enjoyed this stay!

July stay

The location of the property is great. Right across the street from beach, and just a short drive from restaurants and shopping. Parking was nice and easy as well. There are several toys, chair, scuba masks an flippers in the master bed closet. The pool and hot tub were very nice and well maintained. We did feel like the AC window unit wasn’t enough to properly cool down the entire unit. We h.ad one of the fans (also in the closet) placed in the hallway to push the cool air into the bedroom. We also used the grill one night. Overall the experience was good, just wish the AC was truly a central air, or there was another window unit in the bedroom.

The location is great and not as crowded as the main beaches, which many like. The owner take pride in ownership and stays many months out of the year. So they do like to provide guests comforts of home. As for the a/c. This complex does not allow a second a/c to be installed, that is why many owners do provide the extra area fans, including ceiling fans through out the condo. We loved our stay at Kihei Bay Vista. The Condo had everything we needed. Not a 5 star complex but for the value it met all our expectations. Pool area was great, and grounds around the condo's was well kept. Lots of regular tennants who return yearly and all said they would not stay anywhere else. Quite location, only issue was the AC unit didnt cool the bedroom, and we had to kerp the windows open at night. There are wild roosters all over maui, which like to crowe

Forgot to mention the air conditioner did not work. We called the office and we think someone came to check but it still did not work. My husband thinks it is a refridgeration problem. The hot tub did not work for a couple of days but they got that fixed.

Aloha, We are pleased that you enjoyed your Maui getaway at the Kihei Bay Vista in this lovely condo. You did share with us that the hot tub, BBQ grills, and A/C weren't functioning. Our supervisor promptly visited the condo and the A/C was working upon inspection "we will double check again per your comment a 2nd time." The on site manager was also contacted by our team and it seemed the BBQ grills were OK and working properly. The propane is shut off after hours, so possibly they were shut down at the time you went to use them. Due to the rain during your time on Island, I note they had also been covered. The complex does have the hot tub in working order, glad you got to relax and enjoy during your stay. We appreciate your feedback and look forward to seeing you again in Paradise. Grounds and pool area nice the condo needs some improvement such as cupboards stocked stove top elements un even, was told it was air conditioned BUT only in the living room area and it only blew out warm air. After complaining about the bed/mattress on the second day they replaced it on the 5th day. Door to the sun deck would not slide open very easy.

Condo was very roomy with vaulted ceilings. Lots of updates and contained every amenity we needed. Beach was incredible!!!!! And right across the street! Smaller building with less crowds and noise, very quiet and relaxing. Management always available and friendly. Would 100% return to D203!!!!!!!! Grocery and drug stores within a mile and numerous places to dine. Within 20 minutes of the best snorkeling and more beaches.

Delightful Maui home

Everything we needed at our fingertips. Our hosts even supplied a mini blender for our morning tropical smoothies. The combination lock to the pool was our greatest obstacle throughout our stay lol...it seemed a bit temperamental. Centrally located to markets and restaurants and across the street from the humpback whale sanctuary and unforgettable sunsets. Thanks for lending us your little piece of paradise!!

Nice condo- wonderful vacation

Very much enjoyed my stay at Kihei Bay Vista. Excellent location. I've stayed here many times. My one suggestion is that this condo unit should have an adequate supply of dishwasher soap and laundry soap. I don't think a guest should be expected to go out and supply the unit with those items. The refrigerator dripped water the entire two weeks (from the freezer onto the top shelf in the refrigerator). There were accurate directions to access tv channels (thank you!!), but I could not figure out how to operate the DVD player. This was a minor inconvenience and I know that tv-vcr-dvd set ups always prove a challenge for me, but a little direction sheet on that would have been helpful. The unit was VERY clean and comfortable.

Can't beat the price

I've been traveling to Maui every winter since 1999 and have stayed in numerous of these affordable condos in this complex and Kihei Bay Surf. Would I stay here again? Yes. But a few suggestions for Paradise Vacations. We arrived late, about 11:30pm. There was not a single role of toilet paper which required a trip to the store. Also, the bed was half made or unmade as the case may be. The washing machine door is broken and very difficult to open. It seems the maid could not open and wash the sheets so it was just left for us deal with. None of the blinds operate properly requiring some manipulation to get them to close / open. Time for some new ones. At every other property I've ever stayed there were 2 cheap beach chairs, this unit had none. We bought a couple and left them behind for the next vacationers. The pool, hot tub and barbecue area are great as is the location right across from the beach.

This Kihei Bay Vista condo and complex is one of the most desirable locations due to the size of lanais and complex. from the small beach of Kalepolepo Beach park and a block from the 4 mile long Sugar Beach. The condo has a fully set up kitchen, washer/dryer, 2 TV's (one in living area, one in bedroom), electronics, iron/iron board, beach gear, free internet, linens, king bed in bedroom w/TV and queen sofa sleeper in living area, etc. A wonderful large lanai is the best place to sit and enjoy a morning breakfast or coffee, evening relaxation, or just to read a book. The complex provides BBQ grills for guests use and are on site to cook that catch of the day or meal of choice. The complex provides a large pool and hot tub which are located in the center of the complex, near this condo, for R&R on the days you want to soak up the Maui sun.
