About this property

This is a shared space. Were you have privet bath and bedroom but all common areas are shared. I am only home aprox 10 days a month at the beginning of the month to collect rents for my Real Estate business. I have my own side of the house and separate living and dinning area. So I only use the kitchen on your side of the house. This home has been been completely updated. With a privet back yard on hole 13 of El Rio Golf course. An executive course. The pool deck offers 2 lounge chairs and 2 tables that seat 4 each with LED lights attached to the umbrella. You will find a bar ba q/ smoker on the pool deck for your use. I also have a walking treeing coon hound Harley! My fur baby is 7 and has a walk and then sleeps. Very friendly but no other dogs are allowed at all. She is a one dog home. This includes service animals.

Incredible Host!

She was a great host, even went out of her a way few times to provide additional things. Stay was smooth! House was perfect! Felt completely comfortable and clean and at home the entire stay. 10/10!

Our visit to the "Pool House"

Nice place to stay, the location was great with easy access to main streets, restaraunts, grocery stores, etc. Over all Shelly was great to work with. We knew in advance she would not be there most of the time. We did meet some other nice people staying in another room while we were there. It was a bit of a disappointment that the pool was not usable because it was so cold, but we were compensated for it. Our biggest suggestion would be to be able to secure individual guest rooms when we are gone since there are multiple guests in the house at a time.

I am a recent empty nester left in a big home. I travel extensively and gone most weekends. I am an outdoorsy kind of gal including on the water fishing, snorkeling, scuba, spear fishing or just taking a toddle down the river for lunch. I also have a hunting camp in central Florida where I spend most of my time during hunting season. I crossbow hunt and general gun for hog, deer and turkey. My home is best served for couples traveling for vacation. Since I work from home I am here during business hours I operate a Real estate company so if looking to buy a home in the sunny south I can definitely help you with that.

Why they chose this property

My home is located in a quiet area with gated communities all around me. There is a beautiful walking path at the end of my street and minutes to lake Okeechobee. You are 40 min from RSW airport and 45 min from Punta Gorda airport. The cape coral Beach also offering a public boat ramp is 20 minutes and Ft. Myers beach is 30-50 minutes depending on season. Downtown Ft. Myers is onl3 miles with lots of options for restaurants and entertainment. Many times i never meet my guests.
