Beautiful 2 bedroom Rockridge bungalow with perfect floorplan and midcentury modern interior. Spacious kitchen with high end appliances. Large outdoor deck with barbecue. Separate cottage in the backyard for working, chilling or ? The house is in the heart of the Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland, an easy 12 minute walk to the BART station, and even closer to shops, restaurants and the incomparable food mecca of Market Hall. 20 minutes by train to San Francisco, and 15 minutes for car or bus to UC Berkeley.
