➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 01 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:
Toilet paper, garbage bag,s and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.
Guest Access:
➤ Guests will have access to the entire unit; feel free to make yourself at home!
➤ Availability of free driveway parking + garage parking. Street parking is strictly not allowed. (Vehicles must be under 7 feet in height and 18 feet in length to fit in the garage.) Guests may park on the driveway wide enough to park 3 vehicles or inside the garage that can accomodate 2.5 cars. Please note: there is no EV charger provided, but a 240v plug is available in the garage for guests to use with their own mobile charger.
➤ Commercial signage or advertisements on any vehicles parked on the property are not permitted.

Tucked into North Scottsdale, this neighborhood offers a peaceful suburban feel while keeping you close to city perks. Streets are quiet and lined with desert landscaping, and mountain views peek out in the distance, adding to the area’s natural charm. It’s a spot where neighbors wave hello, and the vibe feels safe and welcoming.
Just minutes away, you’ll find excellent shopping and dining at Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter, plus grocery stores and local cafés for everyday needs. Green spaces and walking trails are nearby, perfect for morning jogs or sunset strolls. Golf lovers have several top-notch courses within easy reach.

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 70 to 80 degrees Fahrenheit. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.
➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.
➤ Please keep in mind that the guests don’t have access to the USPS mailbox or any mailboxes, and I’m not responsible for any packages delivered to the unit.
