Unique three-bedroom, two-level, end unit, condominium is surrounded by the majestic peaks of Colorado's San Juan Mountains with great views of Telluride Ski & Golf Resort! Vaulted ceilings throughout the kitchen, dining, living area, and master suite provide a sense of openness with natural light, brightness, and warmth. New beds, new appliances, a ton of over-the-top conveniences like TV's in each room, and thoughtful upgrades make this property exceptional in many ways.



Three FREE seasonal transportation services offered throughout Mountain Village, make getting around convenient and hassle-free for everyone without the worry of driving conditions, parking or choosing a designated driver. 1) Chondola (Winter Only) “hybrid ski lift/gondola car” for skiers or non-skiers which allows you to ride inside a gondola car to the heart of Mountain Village then you can decide to walk around or ride the Gondola down into the town of Telluride or take the Mountain Village Gondola to Town Hall Plaza showcasing Mountain Village Market , Coffee Shop or Town Hall. 2) Dial-A-Ride is a call away, and they will take you anywhere in Mountain Village. 3) Local Bus Shuttle Service stops at bus stop at the entrance of the Outlaws complex and stops at the Town Hall Plaza with additional stops throughout Mountain Village, all of which access the core of Mountain Village and the free Gondola to the Town of Telluride.



The garage is located on the ground level and has secure parking for one vehicle along with ample storage for ski and outdoor equipment. For reference, the unit is on the third floor (top level) and is accessed by an open-air staircase. Please be aware that this home does not have A/C - as is standard here in Telluride. Please be aware this property allows a 2 vehicle max for all reservations!



**please note that pictured grill has been removed from deck due to HOA regulation. The grill is located in garage and can be used in the driveway if desired.

Comfortable stay

Real nice townhouse for our ski trip. It was walking distance to the chondola so we could make our way into the town of Telluride in the evening with out driving.

Perfect Telluride Getaway!

This condo was perfect for our group of 3 couples + 1 baby! The beds are more than comfy, and the location was great for getting into town or Mountain Village. Friendly neighbors and great views! Can't wait to stay here again someday :)

The unit was great for our family. We had everything we needed. Easy check-in. Handy guidebook. Good communication from iTrip. The shuttle was a quick walk from the unit with frequent pickup times to get you to the Gondola, Mountain Village, market and shops. We enjoyed our stay. Unit is accessible by stairs.

Great family rental

This rental was the perfect size for our party of 5. The kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the location for hiking. It was a short drive to the Mountain Village gondola and the town of telluride. One small suggestion, we all wished the pillows on the beds were more comfortable, although that may be personal preference.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay was short (3 nights) but was definitely not short on accommodations. The place was perfect for our family of 4. Warm and inviting, the kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were extremely comfortable. With three bathrooms to match the three bedrooms there was never any waiting. Living area was compact but worked just fine. We had one vehicle and were able to utilize the garage. Parking could be an issue if you have more than one vehicle. We would/will definitely return.

This is not a good place to stay if you have noisy children if the neighbor downstairs is in.

The unit and property manager is great. However, as it's on the third floor and the downstairs neighbor is very particular it was not a relaxing stay for us. We have two boys (6 and 8) and one autistic son who when he is upset stomps. The neighbor was less than understanding and made our stay extremely uncomfortable, to the point of causing us to leave early. The property manager and owner were understanding of the situation. If you plan to stay with children, you may want to ensure that the downstairs neighbor is not going to be there. It was a huge bummer for us since we were unable to find a replacement vrbo to stay in for the remainder of our vacation and ended up returning home early. We don't get a lot of vacation time so this was a huge letdown for us.

Not the unit pictured

The unit we got was not the unit pictured, beware if you think you are going to get this unit. The location was good, the unit we got was very dusty, the master bedroom bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Pillows felt like baggies filled with dust. The view was nice, overall check to be sure you will get the unit pictured.

Nothing Tops Telluride!

What a wonderful 3 bedroom! Nestled right in Mountain Village, with gorgeous views and plenty of room, this location was perfect! Steps from hiking, 5 minute drive from the gondola, and super comfortable after a long day of fishing and exploring! We can't wait to stay again!

Perfect Location!

My family and I loved staying here! The condo is tucked away in a beautiful secluded community, with the bus stop right in front of the property! The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The garage was a huge plus because our car wasn’t freezing every morning. Perfect bedroom to bathroom ratio, and loved that the guest bathroom downstairs had a tub for my little ones. Will definitely stay here again next time we come!
