Located in the beautiful and historic community of Julian, California,

Apple Lane Orchard is a working orchard and cider processing company supplying old

fashioned apple cider and related products to San Diego County and surrounding areas.

Our grounds are also home to The Apple Lane Country Estate, a luxurious 3 bedroom,

2 bath rental property that is ideally suited to hosting weddings, wedding receptions,

getaway retreats, and corporate events. The estate is complimented by our Apple Lane

Orchard Wedding Site, a delightful Amish-style wedding arbor with custom seating that

can accommodate everything from the most intimate of ceremonies to a large and

festive gathering.

About Stephen Gannon, Marketing Manager

Keith and Priscilla Webb have been married since 1986. Though retired, they moved to Julian in 2010 and knew they needed to keep busy. After all, Priscilla is actively involved in fundraising efforts for the poor and needy in a variety of non-profit groups. Remembering their fondness for fruit from the Julian Farmer’s Market, Keith decided to try his hand at farming. So they bought their first apple orchard across from the Julian High School--Apple Lane Orchard. We are very proud of our apple cider manufacturing and distribution and the Wedding and Event Venue and Vacation Cottage. We hope you enjoy your stay at beautiful Apple Lane Orchards.

nice setting with a wonderful view

After initially having a problem getting into the property, my son and I walked up the hill to the house. Here we met Rozanne , who let us into the house. She showed us everything we needed to know. The house was everything we hoped for with everything we needed for the weekend. We had plenty of room and had a birthday party for my 4 year old grandaughter. A good time was had by all. Very close to town,but far enough to avoid the crowd.

Apple Lane Orchard

What an extraordinary farmhouse! Beautiful in every respect. After our daily hike in the wilderness we spent hours reading and soaking up the sun and relaxation on the patio. The rooms were outstanding, the wife worked great, and appliances were uncomplicated and fully operational (something one never knows until arrival). Three cheers, and we plan to be back again next year! Thanks!

dramatic vistas, serenity, charm, space galore, comfort, amenities for cooking and seating up to 10 people for meals, prompt support when needed, and over Christmas, fabulous extensive decorations.

Amazing weekend getaway destination for the family!

The house is enormous! We had a family of 5 with a dog, fit perfectly with plenty of room to spare. The staff at the Orchid were kind and welcoming. They took us on a tour of the apple pressing operation and made sure we had a gallon of fresh cider in the fridge upon arrival.

The house was on a little hill overlooking the orchid and was private and very comfortable!

Highly recommend this property!!

Cozy Home on the Hill

September 3, 2016 - My husband and I wanted a quite getaway to celebrate our 33rd Anv. We couldn't of picked a better place... Very relaxing and only 4 mins. to downtown Julian... The home was very inviting and clean, the view of Volcan Mountain was beautiful.. We enjoyed watching the wild turkeys from the wrap around deck. My husband and I are already talking about our next trip and this time we will bring our family... Sarah and David

Beautiful house

In town for a wedding and booked this really nice house within an orchard. Sits on top of a small hill overlooking the entire surrounding. Very pleasant outdoor patio. Very clean. Great experience!

By securing your reservation Julian Vacation Rentals designated representatives (hereafter the
"Owners"), you (the "Guests") are agreeing to these terms in full. To ensure the best possible
vacation experience, you should read and understand these terms completely.
Methods of payment:
Credit Cards are accepted (Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express)
Reservation and Cancellation Policies:
Cleared funds for rent secures your reservation.
Fully cleared payment due 7 days prior your arrival date.
Holidays are to be paid in full 30 days prior to your arrival date.
We have a one-week cancellation policy for general bookings and a Holiday booking is not
cancelable. If you have an emergency and have to cancel, we will try to rebook the room, if we
are not able to; you will be responsible for the nights not booked.
Check-in time:
Guests will check in after 3:00 p.m. unless otherwise approved in advance by the Vacation
Rental Manager. Additional charges may apply for early check in.
Check-out time:
Guests will check out by 11:00 a.m. unless otherwise approved in advance by the Vacation
Rental Manager. Additional charges may apply for late check out.
Early departure:
Guests agree that any changes in the reserved length of stay are not refundable without prior
approval. Refunds for early departures will not be allowed.
No smoking indoors or unapproved fires:
Guests agree that smoking is not allowed anywhere within the home. Due to the risk of forest
fires, outdoor fires are not allowed. In any case, Guests agree to assume all liability for any fires
that may occur during or immediately following their stay. You may smoke outside with proper
disposal of butts.
Housekeeping & Maid Service:
Maid services are not available in the Cabin. The home will be cleaned only between check-out
and check-in times. You will be charged for all cleaning required above and beyond the standard
