We had a wonderfully relaxing stay at the Orchard House. The owners were responsive and helpful, and the house was furnished with everything we needed for a peaceful family getaway. My favorite spot was the porch swing on the breezy, shaded wraparound porch. We wished we’d thought to bring our telescope to take advantage of the clear, starry skies - next time!

This is a gorgeous home settled among large oak trees on a working apple orchard. It is beautifully furnished and has ac. , Internet, variety of games etc. There is a very pleasand courtyard and a balcony the length of the house. Check on was perfect and Tracy responded quickly to all queries and provided a wealth of local info on restaurants, things to do etc. Julian is a great western town to visit and has a laid back attitude. It is also very dog friendly. We have stayed at many VRBO across the US and this is probably the best. We hope to return.

Small group of women used the weekend to plan a Women's retreat for our church. QI would have preferred only one or 2 emails before we arrived. You sent multiple emails and it was difficult to find the right info as I arrived for gate and doors

Loved the property and area

We are absolutely in love with this house.It is adorable, the area is great. The house is well stocked and clean. We loved hanging out on the wrap around porch with the dogs. Planning our next visit.

Great Getaway

This was our third visit. Have stayed at different places in Julian and this place by far is our favorite. Serene, comfortable and close to town. Clean, great amenities with everything you need for a home away from home.

Great Family Getaway

This property provided a great family weekend getaway. Very close to downtown Julian and hiking. Easy for us to spread out and enjoy the beautiful views. Would 100% recommend!

Peaceful fun location

We really enjoyed the property. It was peaceful and relaxing and had all of the comforts of home. Communication with the property manager was great as she was really helpful with all things Julian. We will definitely return.

Gorgeous relaxing getaway

Wonderful roomy house in a perfect location. Beautiful views of the mountains and close to everything. We went on hiking trails close by shopped and dined in town. The house is absolutely perfect.

Great time as always!

Lovely stay!

This was a great property - massive floor plan and spacious yet still cosy interior. TV and internet worked great. Steven was very friendly, responsive and welcoming. Would highly recommend!

Family spring break getaway

Had a very relaxing trip. The house very spacious, sits up on a hill and offers fantastic views. Very private and quiet. Host is very responsive! Already discussing a return trip in the fall.

Keith and Priscilla Webb have been married since 1986. Though retired, they moved to Julian in 2010 and knew they needed to keep busy. After all, Priscilla is actively involved in fundraising efforts for the poor and needy in a variety of non-profit groups. Remembering their fondness for fruit from the Julian Farmer’s Market, Keith decided to try his hand at farming. So they bought their first apple orchard across from the Julian High School--Apple Lane Orchard. We are very proud of our apple cider manufacturing and distribution and the Wedding and Event Venue and Vacation Cottage. We hope you enjoy your stay at beautiful Apple Lane Orchards.
