Dog-Friendly

We welcome your well-behaved pups! Dogs must be registered as part of your reservation for the $125 pet fee to apply. Unfortunately, no other pets are permitted due to allergies. Pet size is limited to 30 pounds or less.

Please review and accept the house rules prior to your arrival. While we don’t have 24/7 on-site staff like a hotel, our dedicated team is always just a message away to ensure your stay exceeds expectations.

A signed waiver and rental agreement are required after confirmed bookings. A $35 damage waiver fee covers accidental damage up to $500. This protects both you and the property—no security deposit required.

The property is regularly serviced with professional landscaping, pool maintenance, and pest control. We’ll notify you of any scheduled services upon check-in to minimize disruption and maintain the home’s quality.

Cancellation Policy: Once your booking is confirmed, our calendar is blocked for your dates. We are unable to offer refunds outside our stated policy. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.

Florida Environment: Due to our warm climate, occasional bug sightings may occur. Please know that we conduct regular, professional pest control both indoors and outdoors to keep the property in pristine condition.

Lost & Found Policy: If you leave something behind, we’re happy to assist. A $25 minimum shipping fee + $25 service fee applies and must be paid in advance. A detailed receipt and the remaining balance will be provided with the shipment.
