It has been freshly remodeled and is loaded with all the extras! Great location near the Alabama/Florida state line offers convenience to shopping, dining, and entertainment, while also giving you the peace and quiet you desire. When arriving at the complex, you will appreciate the large parking deck with assigned/covered parking for this condo, carts to help with luggage, and multiple elevators for your convenience. This property has an on-site management office and staff that are always going that extra mile to improve guests satisfaction.
Entering the condo, you will immediately see the high-end furnishings, tall ceilings, large decorative trim, and tile flooring. New carpet was just installed and looks fantastic! There is a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer and a half bath. The kitchen is fully equipped with granite counter tops, raised bar for additional seating, wet-bar w/ice maker, appliances, and refrigerator with ice-maker. The large open floor plan in living area with sliding doors leads to a large Gulf front balcony. The balcony has two tables with seating for six to relax and listen to the waves rolling in. The dining area has table with seating for four, plus three more at the bar. The living area has a new 50" flat screen TV, with all new furnishings, including a sleeper sofa, arm chair, and leather recliner.
The Master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen tv, sliding doors leading to the balcony, ceiling fan, suite with walk-in closet, jetted tub, double vanity, walk-in shower, and much more. It is a must see!! The second bedroom has another king bed, flat screen tv, and a private bath with tub/shower combo.
Regency Isle has incredible amenities that make it one of the most sought after complexes in this area. Huge pool area with lounge chairs, BBQ area and gazebo, picnic area, heated indoor pool, exercise room, and a hot tub, just to name a few.

We took 4 teenagers on our Perdido Key Beach Vacation. This is a beautifully decorated condo with a huge balcony. There was plenty of room for all 6 of us. The amenities were top notch, the building is new and very clean. It was the best condo for the money we've ever stayed in.
