💦 HEATED POOL & BACKYARD OASIS: The heart of Paradise Palms! Swim year-round in the private heated pool or relax in the screened lanai with an outdoor TV, comfortable seating, dining area, and ceiling fans.



Outside the screened enclosure, gather around the fire pit, fire up the propane grill, or kick back under the Florida sky.

🌅 Primary Suite: King bed, private ensuite bathroom, TV, blackout shades, and plenty of space to unwind after a day in the Florida sunshine.



🌅 Guest Bedrooms: One guest room features a comfortable queen bed, while the family-friendly bunk room offers a full-over-twin bunk plus an additional twin bed. Both rooms include TVs and blackout shades.



🌅 Living Room: Kick back together in the comfortable living room with plenty of seating and a Smart TV—perfect for movie nights or relaxing between adventures.

The Neighborhood:

Nestled between Tampa and Clearwater, Largo offers a perfect blend of charm, nature, and convenience. Explore lush parks, local eateries, and vibrant cultural spots. Just minutes from world-renowned beaches like Clearwater and Indian Rocks, it’s the ideal vacation rental base for sun-soaked adventures, family fun, and unforgettable sunsets.

- Please note that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property. Quiet Hours: 10 PM - 8 AM! ✌🏽 If you're outside after 10 PM, kindly keep the noise level low.



Getting Around:

- The majority of guests typically utilize vehicles or Uber for local transportation.

- Two designated driveway parking spaces are at your disposal throughout your stay. Additional parking is available on the street, but please be considerate of our neighbors. A total of three vehicles can be parked while renting. 🚗

- Indian Rocks Beach & Indian Shores offer abundant paid public parking.

- Clearwater Beach provides extensive parking facilities, including parking garages.



- IRB, slightly south of Clearwater Beach, offers a less touristy atmosphere, enhancing the distinctive charm of our town.



Other Things to Note:

💦 HEATED POOL AVAILABLE FOR AN EXTRA DAILY FEE: For added comfort, the pool can be heated upon request, allowing you to enjoy the water at a comfortable temperature (typically around 85°F) regardless of the season.



A modest daily fee applies:

- $25 per day for stays under 7 nights

- $20 per day for stays of 7 nights or longer

- If the pool heating fee is not paid within 24 hours of check-in, the pool heater will be switched off.



During spring and summer, the pool is often naturally warmed by the sun, and most guests find heating unnecessary. In cooler months, heating can be added to enhance your swimming experience.



Please note that outdoor conditions influence the pool temperature. Pool heaters operate most efficiently when temperatures are above 60°F; during colder weather or occasional cold fronts, the pool may take longer to reach or maintain the desired temperature, and it may not suit all preferences.



The pool is serviced twice weekly, on Tuesday and Friday. Times may vary!



💦 POOL SAFETY NOTICE:



The pool is provided for guest enjoyment. By using the pool, guests acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with swimming and water activities.



• No lifeguard is on duty.

• Children and non-swimmers must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• No diving, jumping, running, rough play, or horseplay in or around the pool area.

• No glass containers in the pool area.

• Guests use the pool and all outdoor amenities at their own risk.



The registered guest is responsible for ensuring all members of their group follow these safety guidelines. Owners and hosts are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or loss of personal property resulting from the use of the pool or outdoor amenities.



- No need to worry about packing or renting beach supplies! We supply our guests with towels, four beach chairs, a cooler, & an umbrella. ⛱️



- Supplies: Complimentary starter supplies are provided. For stays of two weeks or longer, guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.



- TRAVEL INSURANCE: For guests traveling between June 1 & November 30, we HIGHLY recommend you purchase travel insurance through Airbnb to protect against flight cancellations or delays. 🌀



- We welcome pets in the home but ask all guests to adhere to a few guidelines. Before you book a stay, please review our pet policy.

Typically, we do not interact with the guests unless we are needed. In which case we’ll be glad to help.
