Nestled above two vibrant art studios, this extra large apartment is just one block from the Downtown City Park, putting you right in the center of the action. With a variety of restaurants, tasting rooms, and art galleries just steps from your door, you`ll have everything you need for an unforgettable stay. Whether you`re here for the food, wine, or culture, this spacious and cozy retreat is the perfect home base.

This is an extra large 1 bedroom apartment with a large bedroom and king bed. There is also a pull out couch. Please be aware of the sleeping arrangements if you are booking the apartment with more than 2 people.

The apartment has a stackable washer and dryer. The dryer is small and will only dry limited loads. There is a patio with a table and chairs outside for two.

This home is on the 2nd floor above an art gallery. There are 15 stairs. There is not an elevator.

The location of this VRBO in Paso Robles could not be more convenient! Blocks away from the town square, dining, shopping etc. A short and scenic drive to the coast.

This property was centrally located to everything downtown. The apartment was incredibly clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need to make your stay perfect, and was even better than advertised. I hope to stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in Paso Robles in January. We lucked out with nice sunny weather for winter. Adding to our great stay was this condo. It had all the necessities with a spacious kitchen & bathroom. It has an open floor plan and the bedroom was very comfortable. The best feature was the location, which is right downtown. The next street over is the Downtown City Park & all the restaurants/bars. Plenty of choices for entertainment. We will definitely be back. Thank you!
