This studio apartment is centrally located in the popular South Howard Ave. (SOHO) entertainment district. It is just steps away from South Tampa's top restaurants, bars, nightlife and upscale shopping. Great spot for anyone looking to have a fun getaway!

This newly remodeled studio is on the ground floor of a newly constructed three-story townhome. It has its own private entrance through an outdoor courtyard and is completely private and separated from the rest of the townhome. The driveway is a shared amenity and you will have the ability to park one vehicle during your stay.
This property is located minutes away from the best that Tampa has to offer. Just a few steps outside your door is the Soho bar district where you can grab some delicious foods or a drink with friends!

- Keurig coffee machine with free coffee pods
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Full-size refrigerator
- Microwave
- Dishwasher
- Stainless appliances
- Granite countertops
- Fully tiled walk-in shower

The studio was also built with sound reducing window inserts and walls to reduce the noise from the nearby nightlife. It's not extremely loud to where you cant sleep just like to make people aware of the area when booking this property. Its a very nice studio an you can walk anywhere once your at the property the location is amazing!!!
You will have access to the entire studio apartment and the courtyard. You also have 1 spot in the drive way for your car!
