Diana's Dew Drop 3: Warm and inviting, this charming old Cape on the coast of Maine has been beautifully converted into a duplex. This village home is offered as two individually complete vacation units, or one that will comfortably sleep 10. Dew Drop 3 has 3 bedrooms and a private upper deck overlooking the harbor. Dew Drop 2 has 2 bedrooms and an extra large living/dining area for entertaining summer guests. Summer sun and sea breeze spill into all of the delightfully decorated rooms.

Outside, there is a large, private lawn surrounded by shade trees and at the water's edge, an old boathouse with comfortable seating for evening cocktails and sunsets.

As part of our rental application we do ask for two references from previous rental companies/agents/homeowners etc.

Long-term renters in our off-season, which is from October 22nd through April 22nd, are responsible for paying all utilities in addition to their lease amounts. We also require background check and references on all long-term guests.
