The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas range, granite counters, microwave, dishwasher and utensils. The dining area seats 8 combining the counter and a 4-seat dining table. The all-season sunroom offers a wraparound view of the private backyard.

Upstairs: The Master (King) and second bedroom (Queen) both feature ocean views. A third bedroom (Queen) overlooks the garden. These share a full bath with twin sinks and a bathtub.
Downstairs: A convenient second full bathroom with a walk-in shower and washer/dryer
