Welcome to Tradewinds Resort—a gated, waterfront community nestled on the scenic Homosassa River. Perfect for fishing, boating, and nature lovers, this hidden gem offers access to my private boat slip (available for rent), putting you just minutes from the Gulf of America, Homosassa Springs, and some of Florida’s best outdoor adventures.

Completed in December 2022, our beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2-bath villa is designed for comfort and relaxation. Enjoy a spacious single-level layout with a king in the master, a queen in the second bedroom, and two twins in the third—comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. The master bath features a large walk-in shower and double sinks; the second bath includes a shower/tub combo.

Unwind in the open-concept living/dining area, or step out onto the oversized screened-in porch with a gas grill, dining table, and marina views. Cook at home in the fully stocked kitchen.

Other amenities include a private 2-car garage, community pool, free Wi-Fi, and two flat-screen smart TVs (75” & 55”).

Take your boat out from the private slip (fits up to 24ft) for scalloping (in season), dolphin watching, or manatee encounters in the winter. Hungry after a day on the water? Cruise to local waterfront favorites like The Freezer, Crumps Landing, The Shed, or Margarita Grill—many will even cook your catch!
