Apartment 3 Bed, 2 Bath (Sleeps 6)

This superbly located 2nd and 3rd floor family flat was recently renovated. The top floor living room and kitchen is full of light with an amazing roof terrace and spectacular views of the Shard and St Paul's.

Although stylish, the emphasis is still very homely and child friendly (we live in the ground floor flat below most of the year).

The bedrooms are all located on the same floor. We have two large bedrooms both with queen beds and very high quality mattresses. One bedroom is with an ensuite shower and WC.

There is a third bedroom with double bed and again good quality mattress.

All our linen is 100% cotton.

On the next Mezzanine floor up there is a bathroom with tub and shower and WC.

On the top floor is the kitchen, living room and terrace.

Enjoyable stay near Kings Cross

This flat worked out well for a six day stay for my grown family of 6. The view off the porch was as lovely as pictured. We enjoyed watching New Year's fireworks off in the distance from there. The kitchen/living area was cozy and workable for us. Love the big table. We were easily able to eat breakfast and snacks while enjoying the view! The bedrooms were cozy but served our purposes well. We liked that we could get to Kings Cross station on local tube from Heathrow. Found out later that it was also a straight shot to Gatwick on the rail from Saint Pancreas Rail Station which is next door to the Kings Cross station. Emily was a gracious Host and I would recommend this lodging for those looking to stay in this area.

Quaint flat in a great location.

We were 6 adults and expected to be a little cramped but were pleasantly surprised. The flat is well equipped, beds were super comfy and kitchen served us well. The water pressure was a little off at times, but this is to be expected in older Georgian houses. The little terrace off the kitchen was useful, even in the winter. Overall we had a lovely time, a wonderful family Christmas, and an absolutely lovely stay in London.

In a great area! Easy walk to Kings Cross and Angel stations. Beautiful view on the patio deck. Both host and service workers were very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely flat - quiet street

Our family of five stayed here for 6 nights. 3 double beds and two baths - comfortable beds and entire flat was very clean. Loved the deck - enjoyed the city views. Very nice to have a kitchen - though we did not cook much.

Grocery store (co op) about a 5 min walk.

Very welcoming owners helped make us feel at home. Definitely recommend and would stay there again.

Lovely place and lovely owners

Emily was a wonderful VRBO owner to work with. She was very communicative and the place is lovely. 3 separate bedrooms is hard to find in London and the upstairs kitchen dining area along with small washer added to the great experience.

Emily really cares about the guests and wants them to have a good experience. She even immediately mailed back our sons cherished watch he forgot in the window sill! I strongly recommend you get this place if it is available!

Lovely flat, fantastic location, great hosts

My wife and I stayed in this flat for 4 nights in November. The location was very convenient, allowing us to walk everywhere, especially to the train stations (for Eurostar to Paris and to Heathrow for airport.), and to the British Library, British Museum (a bit of a walk for those who like walking), farmer's market and many restaurants nearby. The flat had all the amenities and was very cozy and comfy to stay in. Loved the top level room with the views and big wooden table. John and Emily were very friendly and welcoming hosts.

The Grade II listed townhouse is set in a conservation area of Georgian London and whilst very quiet, the busy and vibrant neighborhoods of Islington and Clerkenwell are just five minutes away, offering theaters, cinemas, a fantastic range of shops, bars and restaurants. Exmouth Market is a very tranquil and friendly pedestrianized street with back to back bars and restaurants. Chapel Market is a traditional fruit and veg market near the Angel which operates every day. Lots of great places to eat and hang out like real Londoners! With Kings Cross tube also only a few minutes walk away this is the ideal hub for almost anywhere in London.
