About this property

Entire guesthouse in Santa Barbara, California

Come sit back and relax at this 1 bed (queen) 1 bath Zen inspired retreat near the beach. We are located within a mile from the Funk Zone, Montecito, State Street, the Santa Barbara Zoo, and the beach. Our kitchen is fully equipped to dine in & we provide coffee/tea, TV with streaming apps, wifi, A/C, & laundry on site. We are pet friendly (75$ pet fee) with a spacious and fully enclosed outdoor patio.

The unit is located adjacent to the 101 freeway. Street parking is available however it can be hard to find parking directly outside the unit especially after 5 pm.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Host was very communicative and they provided lots of thoughtful items in the guesthouse, like beach towels and in-unit AC, and detailed instructions to ensure a peaceful stay. Also love the privacy aspect being away from the street.
