This cozy home away from home is very special to us! It is a historical home built in 1926. It is nestled right in the heart of Clearwater/Largo residential community. Conveniently close to Publix, Walmart, restaurants, Shopping malls, parks, lakes and best of all 2.4 miles from Clearwater Beach! Just 45 minutes from Busch Gardens & Adventure Island waterpark, 71 miles away from Disney World, SeaWorld, Universal Studios, Hollywood Studios, and many more water theme parks!

Other things to note
Refrigerator is not hooked up for icemaker and water temporarily but will and then near future for now we have ice trays and a filtered water pitcher.
